We stayed in the Junior Appartmentand the rooms were lovely. The location is perfect for getting to all of the sights including the Vatican City and the Colosseum. Hotel staff were happy, honest and extremely helpful, ordering us a taxi to and from the airport, and looking after our bags after we had booked out on our final day. Meals...

We stayed in Palazzo Olivia for three nights. Our room was small but comfortable. Perfect for a short city trip. Fact is, we didn't go to Rome to stay in our room. We were here to see the city. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower as well. Staff was very friendly and informed almost every day if we...

A few good thing about this apartment is it's location is close to the center of most of the tourist sites in Rome. They do have a small lift. They also offer airport transport at 45 euros. The bad... no real manager if you need any help. The manager is available on a limited time only. If you request for...

room - the room looks depressing. it reminds me of van gogh's painting of his own room, where he spent his last days. the furniture looks like they came out from a farm house. they cant even provide ample lighting, which makes it even more depressing. the shower area doesnt drain well, the water cant be consistently hot or cold....

We spent 4 nights in Palazzo Olivia for Christmas. The room was amazing, a huge apartment with a living room and a bedroom. The bathroom were a little bit small and we didn't have a huge variety of food for breakfast.

Palazzo Olivia has a very convenient location, which is walking distance to all the major tourist sites in Rome. The owner, Francesco, is accommodating. The beds are comfortable. However, beyond that, the hotel has nothing to offer. It is dirty. My pillow smelled like the body odor of the previous guest. The maid service did not bother to wipe away...

We stayed at Palazzo Olivia because we knew it was owned by the same people as Cassiodoro19, which we'd also stayed at and loved. But there were no similarities between the two hotels which was unfortunate (and actually upsetting at times). Francesco, who worked at Olivia, couldn't have been more different to Stefano and Juan from Cassiodoro19. The check in...

Just returned from a lovely week in Rome, we stayed in Apt 304 which was very clean and had a separate sitting area. Couldn't fault the place apart from you can here every movement of the people above you due to the wooden ceilings and at 4am it can be annoying especially if your a light sleeper, that was the...

We have stayed several times and you just can't bet the location - lots of very good bars and restaurants nearby (non touristy). Our son and his family had a 1 bedroom suite which was spacious and well provisioned with a little kitchen - great when you are travelling with a baby. We had a standard room which was typically...

No access to the metro, but we knew this before booking. Just the bus route which is the busiest in Rome so you can't get on with a suit case, you must get a taxi. Allow plenty of travel time if you need to be on time, the peak traffic is a nightmare. Loved the location for seeing the sites...
