For those who have stayed in Rome on several occasions know that many hotels in the same price range would normally have one glass windows with bad heating and make you freeze to the bone will appreciate this hotel. The rooms are excellent in design and in cleanliness. The minibar is up to par and the security locker works as...

Dear guest, Thank you very much for your review on Tripadvisor. I am glad that in the overall you enjoyed your stay in our hotel. We stayed here in Oct for 5 nights. Organised a car to take us to hotel as we arrived at 9pm,really simple. Took the free shuttle bus most mornings at 9.30am. Some days it was empty, others very busy. On one occasion we nearly didn't get on despite queuing first, need to realise its every man for himself! Took the local...

Although the hotel is about 35 minutes from central station by bus, it is worth to book this hotel for a visit of the city! There are some good restaurants and boutiques in the corner, but sightseeing points are at least 20 min by bus away! The hotel offers a shuttle service to the center for 2€ per person! But...

The rooftop pool was closed at the end of september 2012 for repairs, during all of our 7 days stay. But the personnel was very kind and helpfull. Top notch room design. Some noise at night on the front side of the hotel, caused by outside cigarette smokers in front of the main lobby.

My partner and I stayed here in May 2012, Taxi fair from the central bus station was approx 40 Euro but the hotel was clean, fresh and modern. The rooms were contemporary, with beautiful bathrooms, but unfortunately no tea/coffee making facilities. The massive let down really was that the pool was shut as it only opened in Summer, despite it...

This is a large new and contemporary hotel on the outskirts of Rome. It is not suitable for families - simply due to the size of the rooms. The rooms and the hotel are quite modern and clean. The trade off is that the location is not perfect for most tourists. Having said that, many tourists on packages do stay...

Stayed there during my tour. We came in a group of 39 pax. Check in was smooth and fast. Front Office staffs were excellent and very friendly. The exterior of the hotel is a bit dated but it was so different when we went in! Pleasant surprise as the rooms have a modern feel and very comfortable beds. Breakfast selection...

H10 Roma Citta is the most convenient in Rome. 4 km from downtown which makes less expensive and allow you to immerse in Italian culture. The hotel is in a live neighborhood; families, schools, kids, football. You get to see how Italians live. Shopping, local prices and the Latte is less than a Euro. The bus is a couple of...

We've stayed here several times and always find the hotel and staff to be excellent. Spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. A quiet location with easy access to Fiumicino. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the city center and a tram is only a short walk away. We'll certainly be back when next in Rome.

This is a nice, clean hotel with some good looking rooms and good service. Breakfast could be a bit more interesting, but it was ok. It was good value for the money. We could walk to the centre of Rome but it was also easy to get a cap or the shuttle bus as the walk was around 20-30 min....
