Stayed here at the end of June for 2 nights, a family of four. Very disappointed. We were split into 2 rooms, which were located right next to the entry door. Could hear everyone coming and going. We found Maria's manner to be very officious, telling us just to sign papers, and having to pay more tax. Taking into account...

Apartment 150. The minus: We were happy to know that we could checkin after midnight (late flight) with no charges. After a quick call we were received by Maria and entered the apartment. After a quick tour, filling the papers we were told the American Express card wasn't accepted, so we needed to arrange a day to make the payment....

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, and we very happy with our decision to. We were greeted by Maria, who was very pleasant and helpful despite her weak command in English. The location is very good, we could easily walk to many attractions including the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The room itself was clean, large and comfortable....

Disliked: 1) The courtesy of the woman who welcomed us when we arrived was not good at all. Though she obviously did not speak good English at all, which is fine to me when I'm in a foreign country, she abruptly requested me to sign the registration form without allowing me to read whatever was written on it. Worse, when...

It is very far from the airport in Rome, about half an hour by Taxi which will cost you approx. 50 Euro. Very nice to stay.Maria is very friendly and showed us a very nice affordable restaurant close by. There are a few steps to some of the rooms, just a tip for older people

Close to the Colloseum and Termini station. Only two things - housekeeper Maria - really nice lady but not speak english at all and you can...

I have just come back from a 4 night stay in the lovely Urbana 33. We stayed in room 2 which was spacious, comfortable and peaceful, despite looking directly onto the via Urbana. The owner was incredibly sweet, despite not having much English. We had a basic breakfast most mornings, which was delivered to our room and was only €3,...

This place was wonderful ! My friend and I stayed for only 1 night and we wish we could stay longer. The owners are very sweet and helpful despite a language barrier. This place was also SPOTLESS. You receive keys for the building and can come and go as you please. Many wonderful cafés near by and the colosseum is...

It was a bit difficult to find, yes you walk up to an unmarked building on Via Urbana and make a call on the old intercom system. Maria doesn't speak much English but if you tell her your name and that you have a reservation she will quickly check and let you in. Proceed straight when you walk in, you...
