We stayed in the "blue room", which was comfortable and tastefully decorated. Isabella, the owner is really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great value for money. The breakfast is "Do it Yourself" and nothing special. The only negative point was that despite there being a bus stop right outside, the buses are very unreliable and just turn up when they feel...

Isabella the owner is a helpful, sweet lady who made our stay and the B&B totally delightful. She went above and beyond to help us figure the bus system out--easy and right outside her B&B! We would totally stay there again and loved our stay in the cozy, comfortable B&B!

Alchimia is located in a residential part of town on the edge of the Catacombs. What made this location so great is that a local bus comes by every 10 minutes and goes directly without transfer to the center of town at Venice Square. This bus line was pretty convenient for sightseeing. Another bonus are a couple of excellent restaurants...

I was traveling with friends when my trip was unexpectedly prolonged- Isabella amazingly found room for me and bent over backwards to make sure that I had everything I needed. She made sure I was totally comfortable finding the supermarket, taking the bus (although that was overkill as is was super easy and stopped right outside the B&B!), showing me...

It was a joy to stay at this B&B in Rome. I was traveling solo from the U.S., and I found the accommodations to be clean, comfortable and wonderfully located. Isabella is an outstanding host. She took time to help me get oriented and make sure I was enjoying my stay. I hope to return!

First of all this place is adorable! Well appointed, comfortable, sparkling clean, and all the amenities a traveler wants like WiFi and T.V (hard to find in B&B’s). Isabella, the owner couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. She took time to tell me about the neighborhood, and point out near-by places of interest and good places to eat. It...

I can't say enough about this gem we had the pleasure of staying in. There wasn't anything I can think of that we went without. The neighborhood was quiet and charming! Away from the loud and crowded tourist usual, but close enough to the city center just minutes away by bus or metro. The bus actually stops at the front...

This B&B is off the beaten path in a good way. There are some great very local places to eat with in walking distance. The bus stops right in front and goes to down town, very easy to use. Many of the people in this part do not speak much english, but are very nice. Clean place. The breakfast left...

This B&B is a lovely place to stay as it is quiet, safe and the locals are friendly & helpful. Isabella is welcoming and you get exactly what you see in the picture including a nice continental breakfast. I stayed in the twin room with my friend which was spacious, clean and modern. Thanks Isabella

This B&B was very clean and very cozy. The owner is extremely nice and friendly and showed us great places to check out in Rome. Towels are provided and there is tea, coffee, cereal and home made cakes (which were delicious!!!) in the kitchen! The only reason I don't give this a 5 * is location. Good news is the...

“They are all adorable - you can't go wrong with any of them!”

“The directions to the hostel by train and metro are simple if you follow the instructions given. However, if you are going to get the 670 bus when you leave the metro station, it is important to note it only runs Monday to Friday therefore if you walk around the corner past the café, you will find the 716 bus stop which runs regularly7 days a week. However, you need to get off at Piazza Lante and walk a few yards up the road and take a left. The first bus stop you come to is outside the B&B and, at that same bus stop, you can take the 716 bus into the centre of Rome.”
