We recent had the most amazing visit to Rome(a surprise birthday present from my wife)and would highly recommend staying in Cuscino e Cappuccino. The location is great(at the walls of vacation city) and the accommodation is beautiful, everything is lovely, very clean and spacious. But the real star is the host Paolo, the nicest most helpful person you would care to...

We stayed here for a week and it was a delight. Paolo, the man in charge was hospitable and extremely helpful. He organised our taxi to and from the airport at a slightly cheaper rate and was always on hand to answer any questions about where to go and how to get there in and around Rome. He also pointed...

Best location! 2 blocks from the Vatican and St. Peter's Square. Paolo (the owner) was very accommodating and helpful. He worked with us to help us get tours booked, gave a comprehensive overview of the city, booked us a driver to get to the airport at a discounted rate, and got up early to have breakfast ready for our long...

Place is at two blocks from vatican. If you want to go to museum and listen to the pope is an excellent place to go. Also Metro is near and in 20mins can be in coliseum. Paolo is an excellent person and room is clean. Highly recommended.

The b&b organised a driver to meet us at the airport which was a great idea. At 40 euros, it was also good value. The b&b is in a traditional style apartment building, (very Roman), and is in an excellent location just minutes away from Saint Pauls. There are numerous cafes/restaurants close by. Paolo, the manager was there to meet...

Our first trip to Rome, we were very pleased to have such a friendly and insightful host, Paolo. He provided useful tips and helped us navigate a tight itinerary ensuring we got the most out of our trip. The location is moments from the Vatican down a relatively quiet street off the main square. The rooms were of good size...

I have never met such an enthusiastic or knowledgeable young man. He knows his city inside out and is happy to share it. Paolo is generous with his time and shares his 'hidden gems' of Rome with his customers. The bedroom was big and the en suite was sparkling - just loved the Zara fluffy towels. A very pleasant experience.

My family including husband and adult children stayed for several days in Rome after our daughter's wedding. The location, rooms, and service were wonderful. Paolo was very nice, accommodating, and helpful. He explained how to get about Rome, sites to see, and restaurants to visit. He arranged our transportation to the airport when our stay ended. We would highly recommend...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
