We have booked this Apartment online. About 10-15 mins walk from the Termini train station, you have to go first to the reception to check in in Via Castelfidardo, 54. A very friendy Hotel employee will take you to the Apartment, which is 5 mins from the Hotel Reception in a separate building. We stayed in on the top floor...

Crosti apartments were a terrific place to stay in Rome with kids. 2 separate bedrooms and a great balcony for meals. Location terrific if arriving by train as we did. Close to Termini station and close to a metro line as well. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage and it was taken to our apartment for...

Check in is via the hotel five minutes walk. The location of apartments is good close to Metro. The bar across the road is good. We found the apartment 817 good size very comfortable lounge no to in lounge it's in master bedroom. Plenty hot water good washing machine dishwasher. They only leave two capsules for coffee and some water....

My wife and I stayed in an apartment and it was awesome! We had everything we needed, and more. It has lots of space, it is a nice apartment with a living room, kitchen (silverware, pots, etc.), bedroom and a decent bathroom. It is around 10-12 minutes away from Termini Station (where you can take all the buses) so this...

If there are seven deadlocks on your door I think you have to question the safety of the area you are staying in! Super basic facilities but it's cheap. We had room 615 and we had a little terrace. OK the food wasn't great but there's plenty of space and it was good to sit and have a beer before...

This apartment has pros and cons. Upon arrival at the main hotel, as per instructions, an employee took us around to where the apartment was located about ten minutes walk away, and took us up to our place. It was quite roomy and had a balcony which on a sunny day would have been nice but the view was not...

RECOMMENDED with reservations: Other reviews are pretty accurate for this place. Think more a serviced apartment than hotel. Our April 2016 stay didn't require heat or A/C so can't comment on the quality. The location is easily reached from the main station and yes it's a bit of work to check in at the hotel, but they have a cart...

The apt was clean and pretty big. The laundry machine was a plus since we were traveling for 23 days with only carry on. The bellboy was the best help. He earned his tips. The street and the building were kind of old, but he room was one of the best of the trip. Very close to Metro and Train...

I would have to give this a 2 star Because we booked for 4 adults but only slept 3 And when you need to sleep you can't ! We are all on the smaller size too. We know that Italy has small rooms but a twin bed and double bed in any country does not fit 4 😝 The smaller...

We stayed here 3 nights after being upgraded to an apartment. The apartment was clean and had all amenities was six floors up with access via a quaint but small elevator that only worked if doors were shut properly so in one instance we did have to walk up 6 flights of stairs. The apartment was cleaned every day and free wifi...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

“We chose the apartments (vs hotel room). It is a couple of block walk from the hotel where breakfast was served each day. But it was a pleasant walk through a nice/safe neighborhood. There was an elevator, we often took the stairs. We will stay here again.”
