Stayed in September 2021.From start to finish, the staff were super friendly and helpful; not just the amazing people who man the reception, the domestic team as well. On arrival I was welcomed with a huge smile, brilliant and clear explanation of how to enter the hotel outside of reception hours, and the shown to my room personally, not just given directions to follow. Every member of staff I met took an interest in me, never once felt like they viewed me as just another paying customer. (I saw the same kindness shown to other guests too, so it wasn't just me!!) The single room was clean, spacious and the bed was as comfortable as I've experienced anywhere. Location is superb for all the main tourist attractions, and if eating out is your thing, this district is the place to be!!!! I had the added blessing of being directly above the kitchen of the restaurant next door, the smell was heavenly. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough, definately plan to return soon. Can't reveal what room I was given, cos I want it for myself next time!!! I do have one slightly negative comment however, I had to come home!!!!

Stayed in October, is was around 78%F ( 25.5 C) and the air conditioning was useless. You cannot adjust the AC in the room. Called front desk they told me to open the window. I have allergies and didn;t want to open the window. It is near Roma Ostience station.

Perfect location for a long weekend getaway situated in an area close enough to the centre, approx 30 mins walk to coliseum. the area surrounding the hotel is comparable to the northern quarter in Manchester with lots of independent restaurants and bars in 5 minutes walk. hotel itself was lovely and clean although the shower was a little on the small side. receptionist always on duty happy to help with any issues including an iron or booking a taxi. sockets next to bed have USB sockets to avoid any issues with travel adapters. Perfect in my opinion and underselling itself.

We travelled without reservations and that can be tricky, however this place did not disappoint. We added another night the next day - we easily walked to many of the big attractions. The direction is right down the street from the train station; heads up, map apps can leave you roaming about while in Rome, then maybe that's just what we do!
