From the minute you step into this beautiful hotel, you're greeted by a welcoming staff. From this point on, the hotel staff went above and beyond taking care of any whim you need. Need a dinner reservation? tour setup? local recommendations? missing toiletries? Literally will do everything in their power to assist you. The location is in walking distance of all the top 10 tourist places and an Uber or taxi is minutes away. I wouldn't stay anywhere else, 12/10 recommend this fine establishment.
Our family had a wonderful stay at the Singer Palace Hotel! This boutique hotel is in the historic and beautifully renovated former headquarters of the sewing machine company. The rooms are everything you would expect from a five-star hotel: modern, spotless (with turndown), comfortable bedding and mattresses, luxurious toiletries, plush towels and robes, well-decorated, etc. Still and sparkling water were generously replenished every day. Our spacious superior suite had two full baths, which was a blessing for our family of three. However, what stood out the most to us was the amazing staff! Everyone went out of their way to be welcoming, warm, helpful, and thoughtful. I wish I knew the names of everyone at the front desk and rooftop restaurant so I could thank them individually. They were phenomenal and anticipated our needs before we even knew them! At check-in, Allesandro gave us a tour of the hotel and treated us to drinks and snacks on the rooftop restaurant. It was our first time in Rome, and he patiently took the time to map out all the sites we might be interested in visiting, plus answering all the questions we had. The hotel is conveniently located and easily walkable to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Roman Forum, and high-end shopping. The Colosseum is a 15-minute walk, but we decided to take a taxi because of the heat. St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museum were 10-15 minutes away by taxi, and FCO was about a 30-minute cab ride. The front desk was able to call us a taxi to arrive within 3-5 minutes whenever one was needed. The front desk had excellent restaurant recommendations. There were no tourist traps as suggested in another review. In fact, the waiter at one restaurant had to translate the specials menu for us because it was only written in Italian. That said, the food and service at the hotel's rooftop restaurant were so terrific that we opted to dine there twice. (Our favorite dishes were beef carpaccio, carbonara, and ginger marinated red fruits with yogurt mousse.) Thank you for a wonderful stay and memorable time in Rome! We will most definitely be back the next time we return to Italy.…
Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Rome, walking distance to to historical sights, good food and great shopping. We felt like family the minute we walked into the hotel. Special thanks to the staff at the restaurant and reception desk. All of them were so helpful and friendly and made our first visit to Rome so special. We had fresh flowers in our room with snacks every night. They staff at the reception gave us great advice about what we should do and places to visit. The staff at the restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast were super too. The food and service was excellent. Recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. Will certainly be back again ❤️
An incredible experience from top to bottom…exceptional service!!! The hotel is also beautiful and a very well thought out Art Deco motif that adds to the experience. The restaurant is also impeccable and the location is also very convenient. Highly recommend!!!
The best experience we have ever got in this hotel. The stuff , the ambiance, the food and drinks everythink was perfect plus perfect. Very comfortable rooms and very clean. Especially, we want to thank the Operation Manger Federica so much that she and all the stuff make our holiday like a dream. We feel like we are home. Hope to see you soon.
We visited singer palace hotel for my wife's 30th birthday. The hotel staff including federica went out of their way to make the stay special for us, starting with a tour of the hotel including the terrace and then showing us to our room which was very kindly upgraded to a superior suite for the occasion. I had asked the hotel to make a gluten free chocolate cake for my wife which was incredible. The room was spacious and very clean and modern. Every corner of the hotel is well thought out with excellent decor. the breakfast was amazing and we prefer being able to order what we want rather than buffet service. location was excellent being only 5 minutes walk from the trevi fountain and the pantheon. there is even a venchi 2 mins down the road for gelato! The hotel despite its luxurious feel and excellent location is slightly overpriced given it lacks certain facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, reception area. However that was not what we were looking for during our trip. The only other thing we were upset about was that our cake which we had made especially for my wife's birthday (€40) was thrown away just before we checked out of the hotel and we had told a few staff that we wanted to take it away with us. The staff told us it was because it had eggs in it and would have been unsafe. they did however give us some fruit and small cakes to make up for it!…
From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Selene and Ilenia who showed us our room and oriented us to the hotel and the neighborhood by map. Everybody we were in contact with at the front desk, restaurant or room service were extremely helpful and worked to make our stay very special. Daily breakfast was exceptional, including a surprise birthday celebration for one of us! The first night we had dinner in the hotel restaurant was superb and Vincenzo provided outstanding service. The location of this beautful hotel is within walking distance of many important sites in Rome. The place is maintined meticulously. We enjoyed our room and all the amenities. The hotel staff truly elevated our experience in Rome. We are now experiencing Italy-withdrawal after our Roman Holiday and we would definitely return to Singer Palace Hotel.…
From the time we arrived, we were treated so nicely to ensure that are stay was off to a great start. We had a tour of the property and room and everything was ready upon arrival (early!). Each time we saw the staff, they treated us so friendly and extremely helpful with providing us information regarding the area and attended to all our needs. When we needed references on restaurants, transportation options, and items for our room they were always there with outstanding customer service. A special thanks to all of the breakfast staff members who were so helpful and served us delicious food. One last shout out to Salene, she greeted us upon arrival and was extremely helpful before and during our visit. He customer service was beyond outstanding. I can honestly say that this was the best hotel experience that we have ever had. Thanks to everyone at the Singer Palace Hotel for helping us have such a special trip on our first vacation to Rome!…
The Singer Palace Hotel - the reviews speak for themselves. Everything about the hotel was faultless, an incredible experience 10/10. Upon arrival, we were welcomed so nicely by all the staff and given water as a refreshment. It was my girlfriends birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to surprise us with an upgrade to a suite. A fantastic start already. As we entered our room, champagne and chocolates were waiting for us which was a lovely touch. The room was immaculate and super clean every day. The room was cleaned twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening which allowed us to come back to an extremely clean room after our evenings. Fresh water was provided each day in the room. Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel, helping us with restaurant recommendations and booking tickets for our tourist attractions. Simply amazing. On top of all the above, the greatest thing about this boutique hotel was its location. Just wow. The location made our trip to Rome a million times easier as it was close to all attractions and restaurants. Only a few minutes walk away from Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Pantheon and many more. I would highly highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to go to Rome. Truly sensational and we hope to return in the future. Thank you once again.…
