Central location ( 5 minutes walk to the Pantheon and numerous restaurants), smallish rooms, no drawers to unpack clothing into, or a place for suitcases. Bathrooms with a single sink, but well appointed and good hot water and pressure. Very good room cleaners and never had to wait for service. Beautiful rooftop bar seating and great bartender (Frederica). Limited views from the rooms (building across street). Exceptionally good breakfast and pleasant waitstaff.

The hotel is luxurious and the location is excellent, but, above all, the staff are truly professional, welcoming and warm. The staff made our 3 nights very special. Their consistency is the evidence of their excellent hospitality culture. Truly home away from home.

Staying at the Singer Palace was a real treat! We were welcomed enthusiastically by Stefano and his front desk staff. The hotel is beautiful, clean and elegant. The art deco entrance and staircase are a masterpiece! The staff went well out of their way to make sure that our visit was over the top, suggesting an excellent restaurant that we would not have discovered on our own. We dined in the rooftop restaurant and had a gas at the most AMAZING BAR. The bartender was friendly and talented - so talented I cannot remember his name, but I do remember he mixed up a mean Aviation!! This hotel was a wonderful place to stay, and very close to the many sites of ancient Rome. We can't wait to go back!!

Liked the location, lobby, breakfast stuff. Especially would like to mention Liliana who served us breakfast. She is a very positive person with great customer service skills. Manager at the restaurant was fantastic too (unfortunately i did not get his name). Rooms are clean but small and not what is shown on the pictures. They have different suit categories which you are not aware of when you book through 3rd party (all the pictures are representing all suit category and you are not aware that they are all different room). It was brought to the manager's attention and she removed a few pictures, but it is till very deceiving. We expected a desk in our suit and we did not have it (it was important for my husband as he had to work every day). We were given queen size bed room (but our reservation clearly said king). They moved us and we got king size bed, but instead of the street view (as it stated on our reservation) we got court view. Manger offered to move us, but she did not have availability for our full stay and we did not want to move rooms every night. The bathroom doesn't have a lot of room around sink for storage. Showers are small. To add to our experience the shower door fell on me when I was taking the shower. We mentioned it to the manger as we left for dinner. But to our surprise it was not fixed when we got back. We were told repair crew was not available in the evening. So next morning i had to move the door (which was heavy) so the water will not get on the floor. To add to this experience next morning the pipe for the shower head burst and the water was streaming on the bathroom floor. As we were leaving we sent the video of the incident to the manager. Through all this interesting experiences manager offered us bottle of Champagne and meal at the restaurant. It felt that she was more preoccupied with the reviews that we would leave, rather than resolving the issues and making customers happy in real time. Our room reservation was not in the lowest category and I was very disappointed in our experience, especially after reading all positive reviews. This is a beautiful hotel with incredible location in Rome. I wish for the management to bring the room standards to higher levels and to review all room categories advertisement on all booking platform, so customer will not feel miss led.

After finding only positive reviews on Tripadvisor, my expectations were very high, but the amazing staff at the Singer Palace Hotel managed to exceed them. The hotel is amazing in every aspect - the location, the room (we stayed at St. Iganzio Suite), the food and, last, but not least. the service quality and attention to every detail by the Singer Palace employees. Highly recommended!

Dear Alexander G, After finding only positive reviews on TripAdvisor, you added to them by giving us this wonderful review as a present and we couldn't be happier: thank you! We exceeded your expectations and are so glad to have done so because this means you had a wonderful stay here at Singer Palace Hotel. We can be proud of many things about our hotel: the location, right in the very centre of the historical centre, our rooms equipped with all the amenities of today but with all the charm of the Art Deco that is the signature style of this building, the food, prepared with creativity and passion by our chef only with the best local products. But what really makes a holiday at Singer Palace Hotel a Singer Experience is our staff, who is always at your disposal for anything, be it by helping you with anything you need - sometimes things you didn't know you needed - or just by giving you a welcoming smile when you pass the front door... Did you know that by standing with your back to the Trevi Fountain and throwing a coin in it you will make sure you'll be back in Rome? No? Well, then, you need to come back to do so... and we'll be ready to welcome you for another Singer Experience... It as a joy for us to be the hotel N. 1 in Rome and we will keep doing our best to maintain this acknowledgement, our beloved guests deserve it! Carpe Diem Michela Visocchi - Hotelier
