Please never chose this hotel. It is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. It is not clean, do not have any service. The staff is unfriendly, the owner of the hotel has a discriminatory attitude to foreigners. The do not have any service that a four stars hotel should have. Plastic bags everywhere, defineteley not eco friendly hotel. Please, stay away of this hotel!!!!

Not what I would call a 4star hotel. Only served breakfast, which has a large variety of food. Room was very basic, I had an upgrade so no idea what my original room would have been like. Double bed is twin beds pushed together so you roll onto the join. No coffee/tea making facilities in room, or anywhere in hotel other than at breakfast. Is situated in a residential area so 30-60 minute walk to get anywhere as buses very infrequent. Have had better facilities on Airbnb at a lot less.

It was pretty good stay overall. It was a decent sized standard sized room. The bathroom was a really good size as well. What impressed me the most was how immaculately clean it was from the minute I checked in thru the duration of the stay. They cleaned the room daily and left a bottle of water when I first checked in which was nice. The staff is nice and friendly for the most part. The breakfast was also pretty good in my opinion. It’s quite varied and a great selection. As far as location, it’s not terrible but not great. It’s a 13 min walk to the metro. However there is a bus around the corner about 2 blocks where it takes 20-30 min into center of town with all major sites. If you’re looking for a stay away from the tourist sites and peaceful then this place is perfect. There are some restaurants and bars in the area that are good. The only thing I was disappointed in was with an issue I was having with a restaurant reservation. I asked the staff to see if they could contact the restaurant to double check on a reservation I made prior. The date was not available on the email I sent. It seemed like the staff was bothered by the request. Just for the record I normally handle these issues myself but it would be a costly call with my phone plan. And I figured since on the website they do state that they help with these types of things I didn’t think it was such a bothersome request. But that was the feeling I was getting back from them. Also I tried making the call from the room but they don’t allow any local calls. Other than that I would not let that minor issue overshadow my stay. I enjoyed the hotel overall.

The hotel is clean and tidy everywhere and the staff are helpful and pleasant Our room was comfortable and there was an excellent shower. The hotel is close enough to the centre to be able to walk into in 40- 45 minutes, (although the colosseum is much closer - about 25 minutes walk) but it has the feel of being in a quiet residential setting. The bus stops a few minutes walk away and we never had to wait too long for one and it takes you right into the centre. There are a couple of nice bars right on the doorstep as well as some very good restaurants. Out favourites were Enoteca Vicino, a lovely wine bar which also serves light meals. The Place for aperitivo, and 5e28 where we had the most fantastic meal. All are within a short walk from the hotel. Our only minor gripes were the décor on the stairs which is a bit dark for me, and the breakfast which would be improved if they refilled things more quickly, however these are very minor and would have given it 4 and a half stars if I could, but we would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it to fellow travellers.

I stayed in this hotel last month in a superior single. Very comfortable bed, great shower and enough space to unpack my things. The staff were lovely and very helpful (for instance they sorted another plug to make my adaptor work and allowed me to borrow it for a few days - I began and ended my trip in Rome). Good location but quiet. The breakfast wasn't up to much but at this price I'm not complaining. I'd definitely stay here again.

Good clean and very reasonably priced. Not too far from the city centre. Good transport nearby so good for train station, airport and city centre. Breakfast is excellent and was included in price as was the ‘tourist tax!’.

We loved this hotel. It was located within a good walking distance to most attractions if you are into walking. It is extremely clean and the breakfast was a great little addition to the morning routine. There was plenty to fill you up for a day of site seeing. The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms we had were big with plenty of room to fit everyone in. The bathrooms are huge. Overall a great little hotel that has everything within a good walking distance. Loved our stay there.

I had traveled alone from Seattle to Rome, and unfortunately my arrival time into Rome was 7am, so here I was at my hotel with my luggage and many hours until check in time. The hotel check in time was in mid-afternoon, so was hoping that my room would be available early. The very nice man behind the counter, Alessandro, was extremely helpful. He told me I could store my luggage in the secure store-room right off the front desk, in the meantime I could explore the city, and that he would call my cell phone the moment my room became available. I walked up to the Colliseum, and sure enough, Alessandro tried to call me 3 times to let me know I could come back to the hotel to get into my room. My phone ringer had been off, and when I saw he had tried 3 times I headed back to hotel. How very sweet of him to take the time and remember to call me and let me know my room was ready. My room was very nice, super clean, AC, nice linens, quiet, great water pressure. The free included breakfasts downstairs were delicious. There is a bar right next to the front desk which makes getting a drink before dinner or a nightcap easy. Alessandro gave me helpful tips about seeing the city and places to visit, parks, and good places to eat. Very very helpful. You ever go to a foreign city and wander around aimlessly wasting time trying to find places, and then eating somewhere not so good? Well, that did not happen to me. I think he was the most helpful front desk attendant I've ever encountered. He was like my own personal concierge. Thank you Alessandro! You made my trip to Rome very nice and hope to come back and stay at your hotel again.
