This hotel was amazing. Not only was it beautiful and located in a wonderful part of Rome, but the staff was second to none. PERFECT. Olga at The Reception Desk, Costanza at Concierge Desk, Marina at the Restaurant, Rafael at the Front Door...GREAT place to stay.

The Jumeirah Grand Hotel truly surpassed our expectations. Each staff member was warm, professional and efficient. The room was gorgeous and well appointed. Breakfast was terrific, with a wide variety of dishes to satisfy both European and American palates. The Time Wine bar was terrific, with a variety of lovely small dishes, a great selection of wine, and an unbelievable...

On a combined business and holiday trip we stayed here three nights. There are many good things to say about the hotel: - Perfect location in a nice part of the downtown heart - Very warm welcome from the Reception staff and super friendly and helpful service from the whole Concierge team each day - Modern rooms and beautiful marble...

Stayed two nights on a business trip. Location is excellent. Right by the Villa Borghese, within walking distance of the Spanish Steps, restaurants, and more. It is a quieter part of town, not the hippest area perhaps, but seemed perfectly safe. The doormen will get you a cab, but there is also a taxi stand half a block toward the...

I have been planning to this trip for months. It was my first time in Rome. The photos posted on the web seemed very promising, but when I checked in things looked totally different, and I was very disappointed. Very much overpriced. It should be 3 star hotel not 5.

There is no way this should be a 5 star hotel. I am actually writing this review from my room inside of the hotel because I am completely disappointed with my experience so far. Now, to be fair, I booked a Superior room, which is one of the lower room categories. To me, a lower room category at a 5...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to post your comment about your stay with us. We noticed that you didn't have a look on the pictures of the web site and no special requirement had been done prior your arrival: we are always happy to accomodate our guests following their needs and desires but it becomes difficult when...

On a trip of a lifetime last year our final stop was Rome. AmEx helped make our reservations and together we trusted tripadvisor. The Jumeirah was near the top of the list, and the location was perfect. Our flight into Rome had been cancelled and we scrambled from one Paris airport to the other to catch a flight the same...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to bring these issues to our attention. There is nothing more important to us than the experience our Guests have at our Hotel, and so we regret that you were disappointed in the service received during your recent visit and the trouble with the concierge desk. I would like to extend my...

We hadn't stayed in this chain before. It was in a convenient location minutes from the Borghese gardens, Spanish Steps and essentially all of Rome. We were able to walk everywhere and only taxied to the Vatican and Colosseum. It was ideally situated on a beautiful, tree lined street amongst embassies and other magnificent hotels but fortunately out of the...

Our 4 night stay (a family of four in two luxury rooms) was excellent. The rooms were big and very comfortable, we loved the location and although our rooms overlooked Via Veneto, noise was no problem, even for a light sleeper. Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
