The location is great, on a quiet street on a quiet area. The Hotel has a lovely terrace and the rooms are very clean and romantic roman style. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you with any request. Breakfast is very good and tasty.

It's such a beautiful hotel in a lovely spot. We found it comfortable, with some beautiful furnishings and finishes and nice to be away from the crowds, however we felt that the attention to service wasn't quite there on our recent visit. We were visiting Rome for a big birthday celebration and my husband ordered a bottle of champagne in...

Even thought this hotel is in a quiet neighborhood north of the city, you can jump on a bus and be at Roma Termini in about 15 minutes, and there are some great restaurants and pubs in the neighborhood, and you don't have to fight the city crowds for a table. The breakfast at the hotel is good, the staff...

From the time we arrived, everyone was warm and friendly. Language does not matter as they are helpful and resourceful and do everything they can to be of any assistance. Gluten free they had a breakfast ready and were willing to adjust our menu for us. Our accommodations?? Wow! We were at Suite 16 with a private elevator to a...

My fiancee and I had stayed at the Villa Duse about 5 years back and often talked about returning to Rome and staying again at the Villa Duse. Everything even better on this second visit. Perfect size hotel in the quiet Parioli area of Rome (north of and not far from Villa Borghese Museum and Gardens). Staff all speak very...

If you are looking to live among the locals in a quiet, nice, clean hotel, this is it. Nice breakfast and good front desk service. Very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are unique - we had a room on the upper floor with a balcony.

Cozy, homy family run boutique hotel in a residencial and panoramic area. The room was spotless clean and the breakfast quite generous. The courtesy of the staff was amazing. If you are looking for a very realxing and dreamy hotel with very personal service this is the right hotel for you.

I would highly recommend this hotel and the staff. They were extremely helpful prior to our arrival, emailing links to book tickets for the main attractions and arranging a private transfer from the hotel. The hotel it's self was very stylish and up to date with an excellent breakfast. It takes approximately 40mins to walk to the centre of Rome...

The villa is located in a quiet upper suburb of Rome. It is quiet and away from the tourist crowds. It is a beautiful villa with a beautiful winter garden. I was to cold to sit outside but I can imagine that it is very relaxed to sit outside in the summer with a bottle of Italian wine. The villa...

Staying in Parioli

Neighbourhood Profile
Young and well-to-do families are the street flavour of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s palaces, tony boutiques, open-air markets and plenty of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has several great sporting clubs known for tennis and riding, a wonderful modern art museum, easy access to the zoo (Europe’s oldest), and is nestled around Rome’s very best parks including Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori.
