We stayed for 5 nights at Hotel Villa Duse which is situated in a residential areas. It's about 10min to walk to the big park Villa Borghese. We got a nice room with a comfortable bed. We had booked a room with a private terrace which we couldn't use since it was too cold and the sun didn't really reach...

Villa Duse is a nice refurbished house near Villa Borghese. The hotel and rooms are nice decorated and the staff is very helpful. Although a little far from the center, it's easy to reach it taking a bus to termini, or walking through Villa Borghese (after 30 minutes or so, you will get to the Piazza de Spagna). On the...

I really like the the staff and place. They are courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests. The breakfast was excellent and in abundance. The staff are willing to take extra miles to help customers with information regarding bus/train stations, where to buy tickets, or to find the nearest stores. Hotel Delle Muse, Rome is a nice place to stay.

I have nothing negative to say the staff is more than helpful and friendly . The breakfast is excellent and the hotel is super quite and relaxing . A little out of the city center so the restaurants were fantastic in the area would highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights in late October, 2012. We chose this hotel for its location away from the city center, in a quiet residential area. The front desk and food service staff were very helpful, courteous and polite. Our room was very clean and the windows have automatic shades that block out all light at...

Our room was clean and everything was in nice shape. We had a very small private garden outside our room, but were unable to enjoy it because of the weather. The breakfast was great and the service received while staying at this hotel was 5-star! The hotel is small and very cozy. Almost a little too cozy, like an expensive...

My wife and I stayed here for several days this past September (2012) and we loved it. The rooms were beautiful with high ceilings, marble, and a good amount of space. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, and we loved returning to it after each busy day of touring around Rome. The front desk staff were wonderful at helping us...

An excellent escape from the hubbub of Rome. Just north of the Villa Borghese the Hotel Villa Duse offers quiet comfort in a relaxed area well served by local busses. Good sized rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff and a quality breakfast makes this a very sensible stay. Also, the quality of local restaurants in nearby Parioli is superb, no need...

We stayed at Hotel Villa Duse for four nights in October. It was a wonderfully relaxing experience to come "home" to every evening. Staying in Parioli

Neighbourhood Profile
Parioli
Young and well-to-do families are the street flavour of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s palaces, tony boutiques, open-air markets and plenty of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has several great sporting clubs known for tennis and riding, a wonderful modern art museum, easy access to the zoo (Europe’s oldest), and is nestled around Rome’s very best parks including Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori.
