Pros : Room was clean,. Staff service was good. Most important thing is location.. All best attractions are just 2 mins walk away. Cons : You have to call the B&B owner after reaching there as there is no reception Overall its value for money. Recommended !!

Maybe I was expecting too much from a B&B in Rome but it certainly does not match what I think of as a B&B. No reception, no lounge, just a room at the end of a corridor. Oh and no window! We arrived at the location but couldn't find reception or check-in. Eventually I noticed a buzzer by the front... More

location is just perfect, right by the Spanish steps, Room is nice shower was a lovely experience. Service is not available all the day. No one at the B&B at night, just guests. Don't count on the breakfast, very little food, no variety, served in room.

The website says that breakfast is served between 730 and 1030. It is 745 and nobody is around to serve breakfast. Yesterday I was sleeping, and at 9 am the room attendant knocked at my door telling me that breakfast was going to be served until 9 am.

I stayed here for 4 nights in Rome. And I enjoyed my stay very much. Grazie to Peter the owner, Georgia the housekeeping girl and another worker which passed me the key and ran back to the b&b when my key didn't work! It's true that there's no real reception in this b&b but breakfast was served promptly every mornings... More

This B&B is located in Via Condotti, the most exclusive road in Rome...and just a few metres away from Rome's attractions..It's true that no one is available at a reception, but there is a paper with numbers, just call and someone will appear in a couple of minutes. We booked the room that overlooked Via Condotti because I read that... More

The B&B is located in the very heart of historic Rome, and it is a precious asset. The room was big enough, clean, with A/C, a safe box and a refrigerator. the restroom was very modern with a shower cabin and a bidet. The serious drawback was absence of windows in our room. Even though we spent only nights there,... More

We stayed in this B&B for 6 nights. We had booked a different B&B first, but we got relocated to this premise bec of maintenance works. The location is amazing, right in the middle of Via dei Condotti (the most expensive shopping mile in Rome). Just 50 metres down the road is the Spanish Steps. We had booked 2 double... More

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighbourhood Profile
Campo Marzio

Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina.
