Booked the hotel for its proximity and previous reviews. Never been to Rome and wanted something special so upgraded to the junior suite with the balcony and well worth the extra for the views. The hotel itself though. As soon as you arrive the staff treat you as you’re the only one there, they’re attentive, very professional and relaxed. When they found out it was our first time in Rome they were great with directions, restaurants and places to visit. It was my wife’s birthday and on the evening there was a knock at our door and they brought in a bottle of champagne and treats. It was a lovely touch that was really appreciated. The room itself was unbelievably clean and spacious with everything at your disposal.. standing on the balcony you were right in front of the Venezia with the Forum in plain view , you could virtually touch St Marks church in front of you and the Colosseum is literally a slow 5 minute stroll. The hotel is beautifully designed and has a relaxed atmosphere. The food is exceptional especially the breakfast that really starts the day. For us though the staff made the stay worth it, they’re all quite young but very very knowledgeable and experienced. We don’t normally write reviews but we had to this time. So many incredible things to say about NH Imperiali. We are staying in a lovely 4th floor suite which is spacious and has the best view of Trajons Column. Rooms are impeccably clean with wonderful amenities, great bathroom with incredible shower, nice blow dryer, nicely lit mirror, great lighting, beds are so comfortable with crisp white linens. Lighting in hallways lite as you walk by, staircase in the center is stunning with large bouquets of fresh flowers on every floor. The staff is very professional and friendly, all we are masks. Before the trip we sent many emails with questions, they promptly replied in detail. Very helpful with picking us up from the airport, making reservations for Coliseum, restaurants and day trips. The rooftop bar has a view that cannot be described, exactly what you see in posted pictures. The restaurant staff know what they are talking about and will make menu suggestions on local food and wine. Mozzarella and tuna were amazing appetizers and the shrimp pasta dish is like nothing we’ve had. Breakfast included and severed in a small beautiful restaurant with linens, beautiful silverware and china. Daily fresh squeezed juices , rolls and bread, fresh fruit and wonderful espresso and cappuccino. You can order eggs, omelettes, cold cuts and fresh mozzarella, whatever you want, all served by an amazing staff and included in the price. The location is perfect, tucked away and not too loud, close to the Pantheon, Coliseum and about a 40 minute walk to the Vatican. We won’t stay anywhere else in Rome, NH Imperiali is worth every penny. If you are looking for attention to detail, this is your place.

The location is superb . The hotel is small but perfectly formed. Rooms are smallish but well designed, the bathrooms are exceptional with a good big bath for soaking in after walking miles around Rome. We loved having a superb view and feel booking one of these rooms is well worth it. I agree with a previous reviewer that what sets this hotel apart is the exceptional level of service provided by the whole team especially the front of house team. I am more used to doing my own research for tours and places to eat but the 3 evening meal suggestions and colosseum tour they suggested were fantastic and made for a very relaxing trip. Location is so good that it is easy to return and have a short rest to recharge before the next adventure.

AWEsome. We arrived 3 hours prior to check in thinking we could store our luggage and tour Rome a bit. However they worked quickly to go ahead and finish the preparation of our room (#106). It was spacious room and the windows had perfectly lovely`views of the Fori Imperiali. The beds were comfortable enough, not like Hilton soft, but I didn’t have a sore back and they made sure we had a nice selection of pillows. Sheets a wee scratchy. I will say it is MUCH better than most beds we’ve found in Europe.
Another highlight of this hotel is the Staff. Claudio, Luca, and there was a lovely lady from Russia I am so sorry I can’t remember her name! They were all so accommodating, patient and helpful and responsive through What’s App in seconds.
One classic example is the service of Valentina. She booked us one dinner reservation. Then my husband didn’t want that one. I asked her to check the other restaurant she recommended and cancel the one she had Just called on our behalf and cancel. They were fully booked but she offered to call other places for us and then to continue to call La Taverna dei Fori Imperiali as well and see if they had a cancelation. She was successful in her efforts so we were able to get in there and have a lovely meal. Point is I felt she didn’t just dismiss me and worked to help us have a great evening.
They had great towels that actually dry, turn down service and a well stocked mini bar. The room and hotel are very, extremely clean and well appointed with a USB port to plug your phone into rather than having to drag out the converter. I will stay here if I get back to Rome and have already shared the information with others expecting to travel to Rome soon. The location is also in the middle of the highlights. Trevi fountain, Colosseum, Pantheon. Only had to get a taxi to the Vatican during our stay. But for the younger in better shape I imagine you can walk there too.

This very chic and cozy hotel is located in a beautiful building and offers stunning views to the ancient excavations. After a very warm welcome from the reception staff as well as from the Hotel Manager, we received an upgrade to a very beautiful and spacious Junior Suite, which was located on the 5th floor. The bedroom, bathroom and living room offered everything you are expecting from a 5 star hotel. We also really loved the wonderful breakfast! The breakfast was served in several dishes directly at the table and consisted of everything you can think of. Main sights like the Colosseum, the Forum Romanum, the Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi as well as the Spanish steps can be reached by foot very easily (5-10 min. walk). The hotel offered very high hygienic standards due to Covid-19. The rooftop terrace with the bar and restaurant were excellent! Thank you again for the bottle of sparkling wine and the lovely letter. We will definitely come back!

This is a brand new boutique hotel set in a stunning location, literally a stone throw from the Fori, Piazza Venezia and the Vittoriale with breakfast, dinner and drinks served on the sixth floor terrace with amazing views. Out suggestion is to take the only marginally more expensive room with views for a memorable stay.
Very welcoming and willing to help staff, we were surprised that they noticed our child wearing a Ferrari T-shirt and on the last night we found a small red car model on his bed! What a delightful thought, we thank all of the staff and their effort to create lasting memories in their guests.

We had the pleasure of staying at NH collection Fori Imperiali and experience the best customized service. We are Italians working in hospitality abroad and we definitely recommend this hotel for its upscale and international level of service. In particular, the Front Desk managers Jihab and Francesco were really helpful since the very beginning and the Resident Manager Mr Perini kindly found the time to welcome us and introduce the property. Our room was exquisite, with a breathtaking view on the Altar of the Fatherland. In the evening, we had dinner at the rooftop Bar and Restaurant on the 6th floor. It is worth to mention that the atmosphere was magical and the service was up and over the standards. Special remarks go to the Sommelier Filippo who professionally gave us suggestions and explanations. A sincere and grateful thank to the whole team for making our stay so special. (As regards Covid safety and hygiene measures: Breakfast served directly at the table, room was clean and sanitized, etc. excellent job!)

We stayed in the NH Collection Roma Fori Imperiali in February 2022 for our one year anniversary and we were met with a very warm welcome by the entire staff. The room and its view were absolutely picturesque and the personel went out of their way to make our every wish come true. It was also really clean and quiet and the breakfast selection in the morning was vast. The location is perfect to see Rome on foot and there are many great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop terrace with view directly onto the Fori Imperiali (would definitely recommend to watch the sunset there and enjoy an Aperol).
Special thanks to Valentina and Darya who made our first anniversary such a special memory, we will be back for sure! Thank you so much!

The new NH Fori Imperiali is amazingly located in the heart of Rome, facing Colonna Traiana, Fori Imperiali and Altare della Patria, just walking distance from Colosseo and lively Rione Monti. Rooms and common areas are extremely clean, very comfortable and modern and we found all staff professional and welcoming (special mention to Elena with whom we dealt with for our check out and invoicing needs). We invited some friends from Rome for an aperitive on the roof top and they too appreciated the breath taking and unique view! I definitely recommend it.

I was extremely pleased by the level of service of this Hotel. Beside the amazing location the reception staff and the restaurant staff ( i think a lady is the F&M Manager) where all outstanding. I stayed beginning of October for 2 days and I can easily say this is probably on of the best Hotel in Rome.
The lady with blond hair an short cut at reception was the best ( could not see her name on the tag ).
Security and COVID measures were followed to the T by all !!
The view from the terrace at restaurant is spectacular and food is worth every cents.

Not sure but I’d guess it’s guests only as you need your room card to use the lift and the bar is a roof terrace. The bar Has great views of the city so I’d ask the question anyway, hope this helps.
Hi, I wanted the same. There are only 2 rooms in the hotel with a balcony. I suggest you call them to see if it’s available. I was able to get one, but there was an extra charge (at check in)
