Couldn't ask for more! Lovely, clean room with absolutely everything you can wish for: comfortable bed, chairs, closet, TV and bathroom. Really close to metro station (just round the corner), 20 minutes on foot to Colloseum. Free WiFi and access to the kitchen. But the best part of my stay was meeting the owners, kind, friendly and helpful people. I...

My Agenda sent me to an Event in the Lateran Basilica this feb 20. So, just to to be on time, I Chose a B&B in walking distance and somewhat out of trafic noise. And for my needs this was a great hit. Located on the ground floor, but before entering the residencial building, a perfect view of the ancient...

JORGE & MARTA. We’re a young couple from Spain and we’ve just spent 4 fantastic days in Rome strolling around the city in the freezing cold and the best moment of the day was getting “home” and having a hot shower and a good night’s sleep in that huge bed. The place is really cosy and clean and the location...

This is a very nice B&B, staff is extremely helpful and warm. Good location, it is very close to San Giovanni metro station. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are clean. Yo have access to the kitchen and the patio and have access to free wifi. I would definitely come back to this hotel!

Whole room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Breakfast was served in the garden, and it was very delicious. Service was great, room was cleaned every day. They even have a driver,...

This was a great little B&B in close proximity to the San Giovanni Metro stop. The owner made us feel very welcome from the start, we felt very at home. The room was clean, with a modern en-suite bathroom. The kitchen was small but had everything you needed to help yourself to breakfast including Coffee, tea, juices, milk, cereal and...

Nice rooms, looks newly renovated. Clean the 1. and 2. day, after that there was no cleaning of the room at all, we stayed for 4 days, so there was no emptying of trash, no refill of toiletpaper, which meant that we didn't have any paper from the 2.-4. day, since the toiletpaperroll also only was halffull when we arrived....

Stayed in August with a friend and my daughter. Could not have had a better and more friendly base to travel around Rome. The Hotel hosts are a lovely family who took such great care of us and expressed extreme concern for our stay and well being. Morning breakfast was so lovely, they were so wonderful with my 6 year...
