My friends and I spend 5 nights over New Year in that nice bed and breakfast.
The owner and his parents have been very friendly and helpful.
Because we arrived with 7 people- we booked the whole apartment.
The booking with HomeAway was uncomplicated because the owner answered directly and answered every question we had.
We arrived late in Rome and had some problems to find the bed&breakfast- because we went out on the wrong side of the train station. Unfortunately the owner was not in Rome at that time and his parents couldn't speak English and we didn't understand italian but after some time we made our way to the apartment.
A better description on the homepage or a map to find the way could be helpful.
We were welcomed warmly and friendly in the apartment.
The owners parents were very friendly and explained the area to us in detail and gave us some maps from Rome and advices for restaurants, supermarkets and so on.
