It is an excellent place, located in the heart of Rome (walkable distance to Colosseum - about 10 minutes). The room was very clean, light and cosy - totally worth the price. Francesco is a great householder, very helpful and friendly. He told us where to go to eat tastiest meals in the neighborhood. Senestional place like home :)

A certainly great and comfortable flat which worths a try in Roma. Near Termini station, really convenient for tourists. Free breakfast and free map guidance provided by the host, left us a good impression of Roma! Surely will recommend this place to everyone!

Clean, good value, good location (close to public transport and walkable to many attractions) and run by friendly people. A great place for us ( a couple 31 and 32) to use for our base on our trip to Rome.

My two companions and I had a very good stay B&B in the center overall. It is very close to public transport and Termini station. Our hosts were very kind and communicative and we're always willing to help if we reached out to them. There will be other people staying in the B&B and the bathroom is shared between you,... More

Had a wonderful stay here with my girlfriend in April. The hotel is perfectly positioned to enjoy the sights, sounds and flavours of Italy’s first city. The Coliseum for example was just a simple 10-15 minute walk in the sun, you also have good links to the Subway (We used the Manzoni Metro Station) trams and buses. Before arriving I... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
