Stayed here in February - it was brilliant - Luca is the perfect host and recommended all the best places to go. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Rome. Can't wait to go back.

There is definitely a reason why this place was the 2012 and 2013 winner of B&Bs in Rome! Luca was so incredibly helpful during our 3-night 3-day stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great. The room had a mini-fridge (though unfortunately we did not realize until the day we were leaving). The place was in a...

My wife and I stayed here for four nights in June as part of our three week honeymoon touring around Italy. We had stopped at some fantastic places, including a castle outside of Sienna but this was up there as one of the best places we have stayed. Each place had its own charms and for us, we loved our...

In great location to get to all main sites. Room is very big, clean and has everything you need. As people say in other reviews Luca is brilliant host and gives excellent tips for places to eat. I would definitely recommend staying here and it is excellent value for money

The title doesn't sound much, but this was a great place to stay and is superbly located close to the Vatican and other attractions. The rooms are a good size and nicely appointed, very modern and air-conditioned. The en-suite had the usual basin, loo, shower, but it also boasts a bidet. The only downside is there is no view out...

My wife and I stayed at Luca's bed-and-breakfast in early July 2013. The room was sizeable, clean, nicely air-conditioned. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom clean, well lit, and sufficiently sized. We came to really like the location of Armony Suites; I forget the name of the neighbourhood, but we always felt very safe, and it was nice...

We stayed here in May this year (2013). Large clean modern rooms, great location but best of all was Lucca the owner. Nohing was too much trouble, it is very obvious that he loves people and wants yo ensure you have the best possible experience. My son and his wife, plus one other couple stayed as well and were also...

We started our honeymoon off in Rome (July 15-20/13) We chose to stay here because of all the amazing tripadvisor reviews - Luca and his son, Andreas, lived up to every single expectation and more! Our stay was absolutely magical!! Luca was our personal tour guide - telling where to eat, where to visit, the quickest way to places and...

Our stay at Rome Armony Suites was relaxing and home for several days in June. Rooms are very clean and well appointed with plenty of outlets, a hairdryer, safe, huge wardrobe, air-conditioning, beautiful hardwood floors, no outside noise, free WiFi, elevator (for suitcases and handicapped), King and Queen sized beds, modern decor and bathrooms. Luca was extremely HELPFUL! Once he...

Picked this b&b because it was number 1 on Trip Advisor and can certainly see why. Excellent location and lovely rooms but what makes it is Luca and his family/staff who were so friendly and helpful the whole time we were there. So much local knowledge really helped us maximise our time in Rome and some great suggestions on places...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.

“Make use of the free mobile phone service. This had many useful items of information as well as acting as a local hotspot for internet access both in the apartments as well as when out and about. It included free phone calls (incoming and outgoing) but also a direct 24hr concierge call facility (Luca).”
