Location is a bit away from a centre but tram no 3 and urban line bus 71 stop very close to the hotel so its still easily accesible. Daniell, Claudia and rest of the staff are very professional and helpful, cleaning service is amazing, 10 stars for all of them. Room and bathroom is more than worthy of a price, add a wonderfull staff to the equation and its worth of every penny. Spent 4 nights there with my boyfriend, we both left very happy, will book same property if we come back to Rome. Thanks alot and best regards to B&B Hotel Roma from Neno and Vlatka :).

Hotel was fine. Lots of loud noises all night. Air conditioning was so loud we had to turn it off just to sleep. Beds weren’t the comfiest but not the worst either. Check in time was very late and we tried to use the automatic check in machine which tried to charge us for the room even though we had fully paid! Room is fine for a one night stay but for anything longer I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

The room was very clean, decent sized and looked very new and modern. The TV has YouTube on it and a handle of English channels so that’s how we kept ourselves entertained in the evening. Bathroom was clean and everything worked perfectly. For the price, this was fantastic and I would absolutely stay again. I’m never willing to spend much on hotels because I just see them as a place to crash so usually they’re very basic but it made a nice change to stay somewhere that was so comfortable, clean and modern. The area looks a little rough around the edges, but the receptionist was lovely and I soon realised that the area was actually, on weekends, kind of a young hipster kind of place - lots of bars nearby! Round the corner is a team stop which can take you anywhere in the city (check google maps for public transport directions) but we just walked to the colosseum/roman forum - only 10 mins away. Lots of shops nearby, so location good.

the hotel lies a 20 minute walk from Roma Termini. I was welcomed by a friendly staff who helped me through my stay. My room was large and clean and a nice cleaning staff. It lies a bit away from many of the most famous sites in Rome, but the tram will take you nearby most of the places. It has a breakfast buffet available if you want to pay.

Nice & clean hotel. Looks new. The staff was lovely. Breakfast was good & despite other negative reviews I personally thought it was worth the 7 euros. The location might not be ideal if you want to be in the "centre-centre", but the tram stop Reti is just a minute away from the hotel. The location also offers the advantage of being nearby local restaurants with real local prices & real local food (as opposed to tourist areas). I would stay there again.
