This was our second time in this hotel. Nothing beats this location, you step right out in front of Pantheon surrounded by restaurants and coffee houses. This is also in middle of Rome, only 15 minutes to the Spanish Steps, the Trevi and Piazza Navona. The breakfast is in heated garden and is the best we have hand in Italy....

Staying at the Albergo del Sole al Pantheon was a spectacular experience. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, our experience was positive. Every person on the staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and a special guest. We (my wife and I) arrived before 10AM, way before the midafternoon check in time. I...

We ordered a room in advance for 2 nights, at the beginning of our trip in Italy, but returned for two more…. at the end of the trip. Great small hotel, located across the piazza in front of the Pantheon The hotel is centrally and perfectly !!! …….located, in a pedestrian promenade area, in the heart of ancient Rome city...

Ideal location right in the center, but the room was quiet, because the windows were in the patio. The only problem - breakfast wes served in that patio, so in the morning I was awakened by the smells of coffee and criossants :) The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city - Piazza Navona is 5-minute walk away, Di...

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days from October 25 to 30. From the minute we arrived we were greeted by a friendly staff member named Yoglance. She was polite and courteous. Our room was facing the Pantheon, a bit small but the view was beautiful. However the room had all necessities. The daily buffet breakfast was terrific, a...

Great location across from the Pantheon and central to everything in Rome. Taxi stand across the plaza was a great covenience. Breakfast had a little bit of everything and was very nice. I think our rooms were 306 and 308 and both had direct views of the plaza and the Pantheon. i highly recommend this hotel.

Location, location, location! We stayed in the Diplomatic Suite of the building across the piazza, which provided a picture-perfect view of the front of the Pantheon and full access to all the action in the piazza. This newly renovated space was much bigger than we needed, but was a lovely blend of modern living space in a classic location. Staff...

We stayed in the Ariosto Suite which was perfect for 2 adults and a teenager as the main bed is separated from the living space up a set of stairs. The hotel staff were fantastic, and the breakfasts are amazing (the best hotel breakfasts we have come across - great range of quality products). The location is unbeatable, walking distance...

From the hustle and bustle from the square in front of the Pantheon the peace and quite in the hotel was wonderful. It really is a fantastic location, nothing very imposing to look at, typical Italian decor inside, and lovely and cool. We choose a room towards the back of the hotel as we were worried about noise from the...

We stayed here for three nights in September. The staff was extremely helpful, the rooms were attractive and comfortable, and the price (for Rome) was very reasonable. AND you are in an excellent location, within walking distance to almost everything. Each evening after a long day of sightseeing, we would and look at the moon rising over the beautifully lit...

this is a several part question:

1. We noted on the hotel website that the annex rooms have a shower OR bath... one or the other... can anyone confirm or deny some rooms having one or the other versus both? We are staying for a week with three women, not having a shower head would not be suitable for our needs.

2. We also noted on the hotel website that wifi was available in the lobby but then said in the room description for the annex suites that free wifi was included. Also the reviews for the hotel seem to confirm a lack of wifi.... Can anyone confirm or deny the presence of wifi in the annex rooms as, again, we are staying for a week and I will need access to internet for work.. we will be staying in the annex (due to the number of people in our party).

3. Finally, we were told that we have reserved the room with the balcony in the annex (per our request). According to the hotel this room is the Suite Deluxe room annex... can anyone confirm that the balcony room (apparently there is only one room with a balcony) is in fact the Suite Deluxe annex room? If the balcony room is not the suite deluxe room, what is the name of the room category and/or the room number of that room. I do not want to get to Rome, check in, and find that we are booked in a different room due to miscommunication as it so frequently happens with hotels.

Thank you so much for any help. We cannot seem to find pictures directly corresponding to the names of the rooms which would make choosing a room much easier.
