Location, location, location! We stayed in the Diplomatic Suite of the building across the piazza, which provided a picture-perfect view of the front of the Pantheon and full access to all the action in the piazza. This newly renovated space was much bigger than we...More
We stayed in the Ariosto Suite which was perfect for 2 adults and a teenager as the main bed is separated from the living space up a set of stairs. The hotel staff were fantastic, and the breakfasts are amazing (the best hotel breakfasts we...More
From the hustle and bustle from the square in front of the Pantheon the peace and quite in the hotel was wonderful. It really is a fantastic location, nothing very imposing to look at, typical Italian decor inside, and lovely and cool. We choose a...More
We stayed here for three nights in September. The staff was extremely helpful, the rooms were attractive and comfortable, and the price (for Rome) was very reasonable. AND you are in an excellent location, within walking distance to almost everything. Each evening after a long...More
We stayed in the Annex of the Sole Al Pantheon. This hotel is a perfect location and our balcony had an outstanding view of the Pantheon. The rooms have everything that you need and had more than enough space for our baby. If we return...More

With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighbourhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa
drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. There is no rhyme or reason to its winding streets and there's something to see around every corner, so take pleasure in a spontaneous wander.

I would recommend you request the Annex Building with a separate entrance. When we stayed there we had to 5floor, under the attick and 2nd floor Suites with a kitchen, corridor, large room and bathroom with a view on the Pantheon Square. The 5th floor floor has a Queen Size bed with two sofa beds, enough for 4 people with a child. Very nice European style rooms. It is better to call the hotel directly for any information on the rooms.
It is also advised to arrange a private service pick up from Fiumimicino International airport to the Pantheon Al Sole Hotel. The Front desk staff can arrange this for you and it cost 60 Euro and it takes about 30~40 minutes from the airport to the entrance of the Pantheon square. Cars are not allowed to drive on the square, the walk is only 2 minutes from the entrance. Travel with a suitcase that has wheels, most of the streets in Rome have stoned paved roads. The taxi cost a few euro less but it is worth to arrange the pickup service with the hotel to start your vacation without any delays and transportation issues especially if you are traveling with a child. Many restaurants on the square and side street, there is also a supermarket where you can buy excellent salami and other specialties.
