The hotel and most of the staff are nice, I had a Bluetooth speaker with us that went missing from our room, don’t trust anyone, if they like the look of it they will just take it… I emailed the hotel and they didn’t have the decency to even respond.. I I’ve stayed at several occidental hotels, this has been the worst experience yet

Hotel's Favourite
I stayed at this hotel in February 2019 and totally loved it. Writing a review now since I received the hotel group email. I loved the design of the hotel, the desk receptionist was so nice, the Breakfast will a killer deal and amazing- who knew veggies can be for breakfast- they had a coffee machine that you can make any type of coffee there is out there - and the breakfast was a buffet at a reasonable price - it is about a 50 minute walk from Vatican City! A beautiful lobby and just an awesome hotel for a great price! If I visit Rome again especially after this C19 is finished, I plan to come back and stay at this totally awesome hotel.

The perfect hotel for trips to Rome or the Vatican. 600-800m to the subway. Nice and very helpful staff. Free parking. Clean and tidy rooms. Maybe the elevator could be faster, but that's the smallest and only problem;)

We drove to Rome from Venice and arrived late at night. We weren't able to book ahead of time, so we called the front desk to ask for last minute availability. Fabrizio answered the phone with perfect English and was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, Fabrizio checked us in quickly and even offered us freshly made coffee after our 6 hours drive. He even gave us a small welcome gift when he heard it's our honeymoon, and wrote down his suggestions for where to get the best coffee in the world! He made us feel very welcome on our first night in Rome. Our room is very modern and clean, looks exactly like the pictures we saw online. The hotel is very quiet as well, surrounded by nature, even when it's spring break time. We're used to contemporary styled accomodations when we travel and this is perfect. The location is very convenient to all the attractions. The free parking is a huge plus! We're very happy with our stay. A big shout out to Fabrizio for being such a awesome and friendly guy! 5 out of 5 stars!
