A friend of mine and I stayed in this awful accommodation for five days; Two weeks before our arrival we tried to contact the stuff of the b&b to ask about the airport pick-up service, they answered just three days before our trip (and fortunately by then we had other reservations). The room was small and dirty and the stuff... More

It is very well located near the Colosseum and the staff is nice. The reception is in a different building across the street which makes things more difficult if you need to reach with them. The building is old which would not be any problem if the electricity worked properly, but there were 4 failures during our stay (3 days).... More

Little far from Termini Station. Metro is available nearby nearby. Bus stoppages are very close. Host has guided us very well. Breakfast is good. Rooms are in a secured premises. We enjoyed staying there.

Rome is an expensive city so you already expect get little for too much money but in this case we fell that it was bellow the minimum. We get a family room for four persons. One double bed and a bunk bed. The bed base of the bunk bed get a U-shape with the light weight of our kids. We... More

A friend and I went in February, very out of season, so the apartments were quiet - although we were put in an overflow building (not the one across the road from reception, but another apartment block around the corner). If i was to go back, i would probably actually request to stay here, as it really did feel like... More

I'd have liked to have given this B&B a negative report so that people wouldn't go so that there would be rooms available for our next visit....However, Sole was a very helpful and nice person. The room was basic (not that you need anymore), clean and tidy. Parking was suprisingly easy right outside the building and only €4 all day.... More

Location very good, few minutes walk from Colosseum. Actually it was a very quiet place as in the center and near the street. We liked everything about this hotel except "breakfast". We were not informed by our travel agency that there is actually no breakfast, but few snacks and coffee mashine in the reception. This means we had to eat... More

Great place to stay! Really few steps from Colosseum, through the beautiful and authentic Rome streets and parks. And also in about 20 min from Termini station. Great location! Very clean and cosy rooms (I was in double), and very cheerful and friendly personal. Feel yourself like a roman in that place! :) Laura, thank you very much! That was... More

Few steps from Colosseum is a very cosy, very very clean, quite cheap and good located place. The hosts are marvellous, too. It is really just few steps from Colosseum!! You have breakfast included in the price. The hosts are very useful, they know where to eat and how to get to all of the best locations. You should try... More

We stayed here for three days...nice & clean. Rooms are a bit dark - it's not bright and cheerful but you are out & about in Rome all day so it's a perfect place to sleep! Note: the main office is across the street so if you arrive to check in and there is no answer to the door buzzer,... More
