    Great location Hotel is 5 mins from the Vatican Hotel is 15 mins for the Colosseum Customer service was good, our room was not in the best condition so they moved us to a better and bigger room Staff were really friendly

    Our room had a very, very small one. I can't speak for every room but I'd like to assume so.

    I would suggest to go to Termini Station in Rome and then from the lower level at Termini you can take the subway to Ottaviano Station which is about 5 or 6 blocks from the hotel.

    The rooms are very clean Staff very approachable but not very fluent in foreign languages The bathrooms are very clean
