If you can book pick up and drop off on the internet shuttle. If you can't anymore then there is a Tran that runs to downtown Rome.

I would suggest to go to Termini Station in Rome and then from the lower level at Termini you can take the subway to Ottaviano Station which is about 5 or 6 blocks from the hotel.
