I stayed here recently for 2 nights at a rate of 335 euro/nt and was disappointed. It was my 2nd stay and I had really enjoyed the last visit. Here are the pros and cons: PROS: 1. Great location just off the Piazza Navona 2. Large selection of breakfast items at buffet 3. Bulgari Au The Blanc toiletries CONS: 1....

So many good things to talk about this Hotel. Pros 1. We had RomeCabs.com drive us from FCO to the hotel. When we arrived the hotel staff was there to greet us. They were so professional and happy to see us. They helped us out of the Mercedes and escorted us to the lobby. We were very tired after traveling...

My husband and I recently stayed at the Hotel Raphael and absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The room immaculately clean with a comfotable bed abd Sky TV. The location is perfect...close to everything yet quiet. We walked to all the major sights--the Coliseum, the Forum, the Vatican, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. This hotel is...

I stayed here for four nights in October 2013. This hotel was easily one of my top five hotels stayed in, anywhere. The rooms are spacious by European standards and very comfortable. There is a rooftop terrace with spectacular views over the Roman skyline. Location near Piazza Navona is another plus. I would definitely stay here again, despite the high...

We really lucked out by staying in this hotel in Rome. We found the location to be ideal to walking to nearly all of the major sites. It's right off Piazza Nevona which is among the nicest in all of Europe. The service was also fantastic. The only downside is they do what most 4 star hotels do which is...

We came just back after a 4 nights stay at Raphel. It is a very expensive hotel, but it is so many qualities in this hotel, that it is almost worth the price. Rooms and public areas are great, especially the restaurant at the roof. However; the best is the staff that really makes you feel well, in a familiar...

The old adage "you get what you pay for" really applies to staying at this oasis of paradise in Rome. Although it costs more than other locations, you will be truly hard pressed to find a more tranquil and peaceful spot to escape the jostle and noise of the inner town of Rome. As other reviewers have said, the location...

Exquisite hotel! Great location around the corner from the Piazza Navonna and minutes away from the Pantheon. Fabulous service, very helpful and knowledgable staff. Nice amenities and extremely clean. Well worth the price. Will not stay anywhere else in Rome.

Only THE highest marks for everything they do at our favorite hotel in Italy. The intimate service is exceptional here. At Reception, we were seated in the plush furniture of the lobby and presented with a tray of petite fours and proseco while our lovely hostess checked us in. She escorted us to a room trimmed with the finest cherry...

Arrived very tired after a full days travel and staff were excellent. Very helpful and welcoming. Room was very clean and well maintained with a nice outlook. Received a complementary welcome "basket" (wine and nibbles) which was also a very nice touch. It was our last stop in Italy before heading home to Sydney and it has left some lovely...
