Great loaction with easy access to public transport. Clean room and a good breakfast services. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Bathroom was a bit small for everything inside it. It also got quite hot at night even with the air conditioning on.

I’d say the place was quite charming. Very strategic positioning near Roma Termini, and also close enough to lots of the roman tourist spots. The staff was very kind and helpful. There was plenty of hot water for bathing. Breakfast could have been richer in nutritional values, but you could still get your cappuccino and croissant for your typical Italian breakfast. Would return again. :)

The bedroom was very clean, despite the bathroom area being very small, but all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is located in an area that allows access to various tourist areas with excellent mobility.

Comfortable, 3-star hotel situated 3 minutes walk from Roma Termini. Room was basic but clean and comfortable with King Size bed, small TV, en-suite - pillows were very hard. Stayed for 7 nights as part of British Airways holiday package. Free Wi-fi which was extremely useful for planning our activities for the week. Area around the Termini was a little intimidating at first with young men hanging around and people trying to sell umbrellas, phone chargers, sightseeing tours to tourists - after a few days you get used to it and we ate out a few times in the local Trattorias around the hotel. If you've had enough of pizza and pasta, McDonalds and KFC are both a few mins walk away. Staff very friendly. Great central location from which to explore the city using public transport.

Firstly, about the hotel, the worst breakfast at any hotel I have ever stayed in in my life, very noisy location, and we had a toilet that didn’t flush and the door to the bathroom didn’t lock. Good news, we had two rooms adjoining, which gave our teenage girls a little space from us as we had all been travelling together on a cruise the week prior. It is also a very close walk to the train station but be warned it felt very unsafe the worst graffiti I have seen anywhere worldwide and it is a filthy dump with rubbish in the streets everywhere it is among the worst locations I’ve ever seen and I have travelled worldwide and into some very poor areas. We spent a couple of nights in another part of Rome, a week or so later, and that was much safer and cleaner around the Trevi fountain. There are no laundry facilities, the laundry nearby did not open for almost an hour. After their advertise time, the general, restaurants and amenities in the area are all felt very old, and broadly customer service was very poor. However, I am delighted to say the Dohrman who looked after us when we booked in, was the friendliest person we met during our time in Italy, what a star! I don’t know how he does it, but he was just a super friendly person. The day staff seemed very polite And officious also. Just unfortunately a very dated and rundown hotel, the carpet was so disgusting in the stairs, I could barely look at it.

I had booked for 2 nights. Since there were no rooms available had to book a triple room. When I went there got to know that room is not in the main hotel. I was in an apartment type building, that too on ground floor , with ac not working and right in front of termini railway station where the people were sleeping on footpath. They also didn't help to take luggage of me (single lady) to that place. Second night was in main hotel where in room was good and had AC - 5th floor. But my friend was staying that day in the same hotel on 3rd floor and was told we don't operate AC now , only in summers. Also i had asked them over email that my checkin is on 21 and checkout on 23rd where i will leave at around 6 am so won't have breakfast. So let me have breakfast on 21st. Over email they said sorry, but we will give you packed breakfast on 23rd morning. And when asked at actual they said they can't give. Very rude people and not recommended at all.
