Hotel is in a great location but it could do with some basic upgrades to make staying there much nicer. The rooms are clean & tidy but the breakfast is well below par and some things were inedible. The staff varies between lovely and some are extremely rude. Had to almost beg

Dear Client, thank you for taking the time in writing your review. We do not understand when you state that some things were 'inedible' we really would like to know what specifically. We have fresh bread and croissant brought in every single morning at 5 AM. Ham and cheese is cut just before the breakfast starts. Pies and hard boiled eggs are made fresh every afternoon. We really cannot think what is wrong and we would like to know. We are sorry that you are stating that some of our staff is 'rude' again, we would like to know specifically in which way they have been extremely rude as we are always rewarded for our staff. Saying that they were extremely rude they must have done something really bad and I would like to know as it can be a very subjective concept. We provide American coffee in the afternoon which is free of charge together with tea and pastries. As it is self service it cannot be the Espresso type coffee. Moreover , all clients ask for American coffee that is why we offer it in the afternoons. We thought it could be something nice for when the clients come back after a long and cold day trip. It is actually something that our clients enjoy. If you wished for an Espresso I am sure the staff would have pleased you. We wish you can come back again to make your stay in Rome even more pleasant, in the meantime I send you Kindest regards

Dear 869meb, The best way to get to the hotel from the airport is with the Leonardo Express if you are arriving at Fiumicino airport. The ticket costs only 14 euros per person and the train brings you directly to Termini (central train station). From there, the hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance. In case you arrive at Ciampino airport the best is by bus at roughly 6 euros per person you can reach Termini train station. All ways take about 45 minutes. Alternatively we can provide a private car service for 55 euros. Kindest regards, Andrea Lasalandra Manager

There is a bus service that stops at the train station ( not far from the hotel) or you can just get the train depending on your budget (bus is far cheaper and doesn’t take long anyway) if you go to rometoolkit . C O M /airport/fiumicino_airport_train.htm there will be some better info there. Hope this helps sorry I can’t just post the link on here
