We had reserved for 4 nights. We paid for a superior room with a view. We were stuck in a small corner room that had a window to a wall. Upon arrival the staff did not explain anything not even where the elevator was. The...More

Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighbourhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighbourhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at
Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.

We arrived at 12:30pm and our room was ready. This meant the Hotel had enough time to clean and turn it around after the last guests. Hotel check out is somewhere between 10 and 11 am I think. I'm sure if you check the Hotels dedicated web page . It should be there.
We will have no problems using the Hotel Forum for our next visit.
