Quick trip to Rome for some sight seeing. Perfect place to stay. Location is brilliant for all the major sites, walked to all. Great staff who were very helpful. Brilliant rooftop bar with great service and lovely views over the forum. All round great hotel for all your needs. Would stay again.

This hotel was in the perfect location for a short stay in Rome. We walked to the hotel from the train station and were able to walk to most of the attractions we wanted to visit while in Rome. The room was comfortable and had a great view of the ruins. The roof top bar was neat but way overpriced.... More

This hotel is like stepping back in time. It reminded me of the film 'a room with a view'. It is a very grand old lady still full of charm but a little bit weary in places. We loved it. The breakfasts were superb, the front of house staff extremely helpful and from our window, we looked out over the... More

Very Roman style cuisine with a view overlooking the Forum. We had the buffet - lots of seafood options, roasted vegetables, ravioli, salad, cheeses, meats, bread, desserts. I would consider an upscale place to eat but it is not necessary to dress up. Make a reservation next to the window so you can dine looking at the Forum.

The Forum Hotel was elegant and near the Palatine Hill, Forum and Collosseum. We had a good sized room that over looked the Forum. We were near some wonderful restaurants and walking distance to the Spanish Steps and Tivoli Fountain, and other eating areas as well as fantastic shopping! The hotel roof garden and bar was a lovely way to... More

This is an excellent hotel, situated right beside the excavated Roman forum. Our room was at the end with a lovely view of this and the 5th floor breakfast room had a great viewpoint over the forum, the "wedding cake" monument, etc. The service was very helpful, getting us tickets to Galleria Borghese. The room was spacious and very comfortable,... More

We stayed in this centrally located hotel September 2016 and found it to be just wonderful. It has stunning views of the ruins and breakfast which was served in the open dining room each morning was simply delicious . There is nothing like watching the sun come up over Roman ruins while having your coffee to give you a lovely... More

The whole place exudes old world charm. The staff were very helpful. It was very special to look out over the forum from our room. The restaurant was a perfect place to end our Italian holiday (including the pre-dinner drinks at the bar above it)- it was all elegance and style. We enjoyed waking early the following morning and walking... More
