A nice hotel, functional and clean. A bit of discrepancies around room prices (we were part of a larger group). Rooms were all clean. Breakfast was fine, but again basic. Biggest disappointment was that the spa wasn't free. It was £30 euros, which seems unfair to paying guests. However my massage and facial were fantastic. Great staff throughout the hotel,...

Stayed at this hotel for a Collette tour and thought the hotel was in a very good location and it's staff was very professional and helpful. Rooms were typical for Europe...every room seemed to have it's own individual size and layout. This hotel, located on the Via Veneto, was fairly close to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps (10...

The only issue we had was that our room was not ready when we arrived at 9:00 AM. We landed at 6:00 AM on a flight from Atlanta, it was raining warm and very humid. After clearing customs and immigration we caught a shuttle to the hotel. We arrived early and our room was not ready, however, checkout time was...

Great hotel if you are using the very good Italian railways to get around Italy. Just two Metro stops away from Roma Termini railway station. Get off at Berberini and it is less than 10 minutes walk to the Hotel. Staff are welcoming and helpful. You get 10% off at the Ristorante Il Gazebo restaurant in a smart glass pavement...

Hotel is in a great location - within walking distance of such popular sites as the Borghese Garden and Gallery, Spanish Steps, Fountain of Trevi, and the Pantheon. The lovely old building has been renovated and decorated with care. Our room was very clean, a reasonable size, with a balcony and well appointed bathroom. The buffet breakfast offered a wide...

Overall this is way above average. Rooms were very clean and spacious and the staff was more than friendly. The location is very central, in the heart of Via Veneto within a walking distance from Fontana Di Trevi and all the attractions. Definitely recommended!

I have stayed at this hotel several times and appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of its staff. One on its major points is it near location to several key tourist sites and restaurants. Its bar is a great place to unwind after a long day. And breakfast is terrific!

Warm and friendly is what I would call the management at the Hotel Imperiale. They went out of their way to be helpful to us during our recent stay. The Hotel was VERY centrally located - easy access to most anything that you wanted to see. Nice walking area!

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
