I love the Rustic modern decor and the embracing energy received by the staff. Thank you! The highlight and most favorite thing about this property is its central location - you’re a 10-minute walk to/from Roma Termini, Macdonald’s, a cute gelato place, and several restaurants. Each morning during our stay I jogged at 6 am in the morning and felt completely safe. You will be less than 20 mins walk from the Colosseum and the Spanish Steps. The location is simply fabulous. Our room was incredibly clean, comfortable with high welcoming ceilings. My lady friend really embraced the shower design. One of my fav things about the hotel was all the nooks and crannies with places to sit - very welcoming. Good to know: Super clean rooms with comfy cozy beds! Nice clean gym - four guests granted access at a time. Wishing you a great stay, too! Me: LT Diamond Hilton dude! 3 Night Stay

Hotel's Favourite
Highly recommendable hotel: excellent location, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and great breakfast. Location: - Located in the Monti area, about 10 minutes away from Roma Termini (railway station), very close to the Basilica Papale Santa Maria Maggiore, and within around 20 minutes walking distance to several major attractions (like Collosseum, Forum Romanum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps). You can also go to Roma Termini to catch the subway to locations like the Vatican. - Several good restaurants and gelaterias nearby. Appearance: - Recently renovated property with a modern touch and very nice room design. In-House Restaurants: - We only tried the rooftop bar for either aperitif drinks or for after-dinner cocktails, and we were never disappointed. Matteo, the bartender, was well versed with classic cocktails, the team was very friendly and welcoming. Great view on the nearby Basilica, which gets illuminated during night time. - Breakfast is served in an area near the lobby and provides an unusual wide variety (for Italian standards) of items. The Doubletree Rome Monti is highly recommendable - it does not disappoint!

This hotel is a great base for exploring Rome. 10 min walk from the train station where the express train to the airport departs from. And within 20 mins of the main tourist attractions. Booked a superior twin room, as there wasn’t many options if you wanted two beds. Really nice comfy beds, modern room, clean and a decent coffee machine. Bathroom was spacious and a fantastic powerful rainforest shower. The only thing I can fault is the heat of the room, the air con wouldn’t stay on…. Didn’t report it as an issue as left windows open. Would recommend getting an interior facing room if you want peace (545 was great!) We slept really well with the windows open and heard no noise. Breakfast was very average, after 4 days we got a bit bored of it. No variety at all, same stuff each day. The rooftop bar was a disappointment. Wine is reasonably priced but cocktails were €16. Service was pretty slow and unless you get the one seat with the view it’s just an over priced bar! Opted to have drinks in little squares with amazing views for half that price. As a base for tourists this hotel is fantastic. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located 500 m from the main station and 10 minutes walk from Colosseum. Is is newly renovated and the rooms are functional and with good bed and spacious bathroom. Friendly staff at the reception. The breakfast is okay not exceptional but you can get egg and bacon, bread and yoghurt. It can be noisy from the street so suggest you get a room at the upper level.

We had an exceptional visit to this convenient and contemporary hotel. From the moment we arrived at the front desk, we were warmly welcomed and the terrific service extended throughout our stay. Giovanni provided us with great tips for touring the city and ensured that my guy's birthday was celebrated in style (see very gracious note that accompanied a bottle of prosecco). He also arranged a driver to take us directly from the hotel to the check-in at our cruise ship. We enjoyed dinner at the rooftop restaurant and the daily breakfasts were ample. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Overall, we would return to this property in a heart beat.
