My husband and I were originally booked at the Hotel Gambrinus, but they had some water issues with the room we were booked in and moved us to the Hotel Turner - assuring us that it was 4 stars (on whose rating scale, I have no idea). With that said, the hotel itself is very lovely in the lobby area,...

We spent 4 days in this hotel. Traditional building but very old! The rooms certainly need to be renovated. Our triple room was cozy but small, it was clean but didn't feel clean. The bathroom had a small shower. Helpful staff. Breakfast was in a nice room and offered a good variety. Bus stop right outside.

I had booked the hotel about 4 months before the trip - during this time, I emailed the hotel twice and not once did they ever reply. I thought this was rude and very unprofessional. When we arrived at the hotel, the man at reception was very rude and ignorant. there was no hello, welcome, how was your journey...nothing. The...

The breakfast, included, is excellent and comfortable. Everything is decorated and beautiful marble. I recommend it to all types of travelers.

I stayed there 10 nights. The staff of the hotel was totally unpolite for the exception of the 2 non-italian on the breakfast. The hotel is not well located as it is far from the underground. The cleaning is ok, room is old, bathroom is too small. I would say that people should look better because you can find better...

We booked the hotel through the 1800 Hotel website at a very good rate. My wife, adult daughter and I shared a triple room which was very adequate. We arrived on the morning of October 23rd around 9:30AM. Check in was smooth. Our room wasn't ready, so they stored our luggage and we set off walking and viewed the Spanish...
