I would have given this hotel 4 stars if it wasn't for the issues to begin with. Firstly we arrived and had to wait around for check in at 2pm. Whilst waiting we were informed that the double room that was booked was not suitable for a family despite this being the the biggest option when booking via jet2holidays. The...

The only way you can get into town and close to the attractions is to take a cab. Not a good location for sightseeing when in Rome. They charge for the shuttle. King bed was literally two twin beds pushed together. Given the reviews that we read prior to visiting we were okay with this as we were really just...

As a couple, we made a reservation 6 months in advance for a room with a double bed. When we finally arrived, we find two single beds in the room AND a spot in the middle of the carpet that was soaked by a constant drip from the air conditioner which is mounted on the ceiling. I immediately called the...

The reception was not courteous at all and had us wait for half an hour, because they could not figure out if our room was ready or not. The rooms are small with very comfortable mattresses, but the walls had gouges and food and drink stains. The location is in the middle of nowhere, so if you want to see...

Unfortunately the hotel was not clean; reception area, lift area…etc, however, the room was clean and spacious, thus, toilettes need to be renovated. The staff is the best thing in the hotel; very friendly, polite and professional. A taxi is a must to reach the truistic area or otherwise the public bus with a stop in front of the hotel,...

The rooms are recently refurbished, and there is a good lobby bar. Not particularly close to the metro, so mostly attracts short stay business peopl with meetings in the area, coach tour groups and smaller conferences. Rooms are air conditioned but the remote control is tricky and you'll need help to get it right. Don't worry abou room selection, there...

We booked our stay at this hotel through a travel agency. Some main pros: breakfast is nice with lots of options and good coffee, and the wifi in the lobby is good.
