Hotel Campo de' Fiori is an absolute delight!! The location is fantastic. An intimate boutique hotel right in the heart of Rome, next door to the Piazza Campo de'Fiori which has a daily market featuring flowers, fruit, herbs, cheese, olive oil, vegetables and some stalls with fun t-shirts, sweatshirts and more. A very quick walk to the Piazza Navona. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Everyone at the front desk was delightful and always smiling, eager to help, make suggestions for places to see or restaurants to consider. They ordered us a taxi to the airport on our final day and it could not have been easier or more reasonable. Our room was lovely and romantic - elegant green wallpaper, a lovely comfortable bed, huge chandelier, views overlooking the restaurants and cafes spilling out from the main Piazza de'Fiori. The roof of the hotel has two large levels of seating - great couches, tables and chairs and from there you can see out across all the rooftops of Rome. It's simply gorgeous. There is no bar downstairs, but the staff will bring up wine and nibbles or coffee in the morning if you want to sit on the rooftop deck and look out over the City. It was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in Italy and it's quite reasonable. I can't recommend it more. It is the most amazing place to use as a base to explore the enchanting city of Rome. …
Adam and Irwin made us feel very welcome here. After a long journey from an Italian island we felt at home immeidately. This extended to after checkout and leaving our bags, where we were accomodated very well. Our room was decorated in a grand highly theatrical and lavish style which we loved. The terrace is a must visit for a drink with 360 degree views of the centre of Rome. You are well situated for the key sites in Rome's centre and our room was a welcome respite from the fierce temperatures of August. I would thoroughly recommend an airport transfer with Eva. She was a delightful host. We will return because there is so much to experience in Rome. One visit does not do it justice and this is the hotel we will come back to.
My husband booked this hotel as a surprise for a big birthday. He thought it would be good to have one of the hotels apartments. These are not in the hotel but in the surrounding area. Our first apartment we were given was to be honest a bit shabby and within a building which had private residences around/above it. One of these apartments had what was the equivalent to a party very late into the night so basically we got very little sleep. In the morning we told the staff, who completely understood and moved us into the hotel with no fuss. This room was truly lovely! So quite even though it was next to the lift you would have never known. For our next night we could not stay in the hotel room and so we were moved again to another apartment they had. This was better than the first but we wished we had been able to stay in the hotel. If you can stay in the hotel rooms, small but perfectly formed. The hotel only does breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants on the doorstep. The staff were friendly helpful and understanding. The roof top Terrance is wonderful with a view top the Vatican.…
We have stayed at this hotel the last 4 days and it has been so quaint and dreamy. It’s nestled in a beautiful square with a market right outside each morning. It’s close walking distance to all the major sites and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. But the best thing ever has been Erwin at the front desk. He has honestly taken care of us like we are family. I have asked him for recommendations on restaurants and other things and every single thing he has suggested has been incredible. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. You can tell he actually cares. Thank you so much for our stay! Hope to be back soon!
Lovely authentic boutique hotel right next to Campo di Fiori market place. Close to all the restaurants, bars and daily market. Also in a great central location to the main attractions. The people working there were very helpful and friendly. As a solo family traveller I would definitely recommend.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff with many restaurants to choose from. Would definitely recommend for n anyone experiencing Rome for the first time. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Campo de Fiori.
Erwin and Marco were always making sure we were comfortable in and out of the hotel. They suggested multiple areas to visit in Rome and Florence (amazing Florentine steak and sparkling fountain) which we did all of them, and also suggested one of the best Gelato in Rome (which we agree too!!! make sure to ask them!). Their services were exceptional and wonderful which made our stay extra special. The room is spacious and the interior design is beautiful. As for the location, it was within walking distance to almost all famous attractions (maximum 30 minutes) that we walked to (Vatican museum, Trastevere, Colosseum, and so many restaurants etc). Thank you Marco and Erwin <3
Had a great stay recently. The staff was friendly, helpful. The room was clean, beautiful. Bathroom was very clean and updated. The breakfast was great! The location is good for exploring Rome. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Walkable to the big sights (coliseum, Vatican, pantheon, etc..). Our only complaint is that we didn’t have more time there! We will stay here on our next trip to Rome.
We stayed in this hotel in January and were delighted with everything: the charming decor, friendly staff, and great location in the heart of Rome. We had no complaints at all, and highly recommend to travelers visiting Rome.
We first stayed at this hotel in December 2019 and loved it then, so booked to go back in 2020. We finally made it this year! The hotel is in a fantastic location - literally around the corner from the square where the market is held and lots of fab places for food and drinks. 10 minute walk to Trastevere, just across the river, where there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Walking distance to all the attractions and you can most certainly clock up the steps!! The rooms are lovely and immaculately clean and are serviced daily. The bathroom is likewise immaculate and the shower is lovely and powerful. There is a gorgeous roof terrace which gives views across the city and is the perfect place for a glass of fizz and watching the sun go down. The staff are just fantastic - so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and cannot wait to go back.…
