Perfect walking to EVERY TOURIST ATTRACTION. I walked to the Vatican, Coliseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps....just amazing. Nice and quiet to sleep and cool air conditioning, hot shower, and excellent wifi! Loved this place..walk to great restaurants and shops...only thing that was not perfect...More
Nicely decorated double room (smaller than expected) complete with adjoining balcony/terrace, perfect for those balmy Roman days, a morning coffee or a nightcap. Location of the hotel was excellent - right by Piazza del Popolo giving easy access to Rome's metro network. Location is good...More

Location is great, walking distance to a lot of attractions (although due to torrential rain during our stay we did get a cab a fair amount to - near a taxi rest stop too).

From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to
look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (21:00), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
