Silvia recommended a driver, who was waiting for us at the airport. Nice! We arrived to find our apt located down a tiny street, above a charming restaurant. Silvia waved to us from the window, then let us in. Up some steep stairs (there is a tiny lift for those who might need it), thru a safely locked door and...

My husband, daughter stayed here in early June and were very happy with everything. Silvia always responded to my emails and met them at arrival times. The apartment was well equipped and the items stocked in the fridge was nice to have. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The location was very central to everything. My husband said...

The location of this property is right beside the Roman Forum. It has all of the facilities we needed and much more. The day we were due to leave Rome airport was closed due to a fire in the terminal. The owner told us to stay until we knew what was happening. She was available by text to translate the...

I have stayed at this apartment twice and would highly recommend it as a great base for getting the most from Rome. On my second visit I brought my partner and 2 friends. They were impressed by how well equipped it was and appreciated the wine Sylvia left for us to enjoy. I am looking forward to going back again...

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights. The location was great, literally steps from the Imperial Fora. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Everything was in good working condition. We appreciated the well-stocked fridge. Silvia was very helpful prior to our arrival in providing information and advice regarding transportation to and from airport, as well as hooking...

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for three nights in early June, and we had a lovely stay. The owner, Sylvia, is so friendly and welcomed us in to her beautiful apartment which was fully stocked in every sense. The fridge was full, and even had a bottle of bubbly in. Everything was immaculately clean, and it was...

Our family of 6 (including a 5 month old infant), loved our stay at Silvia's apartment. She and her mother met us at the apartment on arrival (after they gave great directions on getting to the apartment), and then gave us a quick rundown about the apartment. We were blown away with how they had stocked the apartment for us...

Our group of four couldn't be happier with Silvia and her darling mother. We got here right off the plane, after Silvia arranged for a taxi to meet us at the airport. Nothing better to have a smiling face holding my name on a placard to whisk us into town. Instant cred with the family! Mom met us at the...

We reserved this place based on the Tripadvisor ratings. We weren't disappointed. This place is very centrally located, within striking distance of the Collosseum, Fori Romani and 10-15 mins walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. You don't really need a means of transport if staying in this apartment. The apartment itself is very charming, located in a vintage...
