If you're looking for somewhere safe, clean and central you can't go wrong with this one. Nothing fancy but easygoing b&b. DIY breakfast but does that matter? Get up when you like, help yourself to tea and coffee whenever you want. Spacious bathroom and an enormous bedroom. Entertained by a delightful kitten, few minutes walk from railway station, fascinating Non... More

We stayed here in September with a KGB voucher, for the price we couldn't expect anymore, but I certainly wouldn't pay full price. This is basically a 2 bed flat which has been converted into a 3 bed unserviced b&b in a commercial building (dentist next door). The front door is unmanageable unless you have a strong man with you... More

I do not normally write reviews but feel i have to warn people. The pictures are not what the rooms look like (other than the front door view). It is in a building that is shared with other businesses etc and they have a room on the first floor. It really didn't feel safe and the area it is within... More

We purchased a voucher for this hotel through KGB deals and it was a really pleasant stay. The owner Mattio is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean, all with air conditioning and free Wifi. The breakfast was OK, but there could have been more choice. The hotel is very well located, just a 5-10 minute walk... More

Very friendly people. Guy asked me to ring him once we landed and he kept check on us guiding us every few minutes as we told him that it was our first time in Rome. He even came to pick us up once we reached at the station. Good sized room with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom. Good breakfast with... More

This little B&B is just off the beaten path. It is truely a wonderful little B&B. Easy 3 minute walk to the Praminade Station, that will give you access to the whole station. Which is far enough away from the tourist attractions that you can find stores with descent prices (Iced Tea near the collussium runs close to 6 Euros,... More

Staying in Testaccio

Neighbourhood Profile
Testaccio
Put the house music on replay and you have Testaccio, an ancient Roman port and former working class neighbourhood where the bass is set to high almost every night of the week. Its collection of discoteche (nightclubs), street parties, and crowded restaurants give it its well-deserved party reputation. During the daytime, Testaccio is more easy listening than club hit, the area is full of locally owned small businesses and has one of the city's larger produce markets.
