Booked this hotel thru Tripadvisor. Found it easily enough & knew we would have to book in at another hotel two blocks away. So far so good. We went to this hotel purely to locate it, and it occupied 3rd floor of a block of I think 5 floors, all hotels (one different hotel on each floor). A notice on...

We booked this hotel because we were staying only one night at Rome since we were heading back from Florence and leaving to Greece early in the morning. You need to be aware that you must check in in another hotel Piram at two blocks at your right from Hotel Termini. The neighborhood is not very nice, so me and...

As for the price I have paid (19 euro+3euro city tax) and a room for one night only it was very good. Clear, next to Termini station. It was quite noisy but I didn't heard anything becouse of my tiredness.

I booked Hotel Termini for our last night before leaving for the airport the next morning to go home after nine days in Italy. I booked this hotel mainly because of its location to the train station to make our morning easy to get to the airport. We had to go two blocks down to Hotel Piram to check in,...

we walked to termini at 11 pm in our pajamas after forgetting what time our train for napoli leaves the next day! that's how convenient and safe the neighborhood is. NOTE: CHECK IN AT HOTEL PIRAM 2 blocks away from this location. for the money this is probably the best place you'd want to be! everything is so near (subway...

I stayed in this hotel when we traveled to Rome with my boyfriend this summer. The price was very reasonable and we had easy access to the most important monuments of Rome, all we asked from our hotel. Hotel Termini includes all the rooms of the 4rth floor of a building, and each floor is a different hotel. You check...

Very nice location two steps away from Termini station, besides we could reach on foot the Colosseum, the Spanish steps, the Trevi fountain. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the area, plus a couple of mini-markets. Daily room-service. All necessary things in the room including toiletries. Neat and tastefully furnished rooms. Great for the money! Unfortunately, you have...

Very poor hotel! The hotel is really old, the beeds uncomfy and just horribe. A friend of mine a some pieces of excrements on her bed. This is something that is simply unacceptable. The location itself is quite okay, you basically just have to cross the roas to be at the central Station. The staff is quite rude. The guy...

After booking this on a whim and a very tight budget, I was a bit nervous that we'd be sharing bathrooms with Hannibal Lecter and staying in a hovel for the night- I couldn't have been more wrong- we LOVED it. I want to preface this review by saying that our entire holiday for a week, including airfair from UK...

Good value. Not posh but serviceable. Easy to find, bus from airport and no taxi needed. Convenient location for getting to the sights. Good pleasant staff and they provided a free dinner because it was my birthday.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
