This bed and breakfast is great! The room looked really beautifull. and the owner Paulo is super nice. He told us everything about the city and we even spend alot of our time drinkin wine in his livingroom discussing woman and food! Shared bathroom was always super clean and location is perfect in te centre!

paulo is a really good host. he helped us figured out how to get to places we wanted to go. his B&B was very comfortable and very clean, its in a quiet neighborhood. Its a short walk to the Spanish steps. We really enjoyed this place, and the breakfast was good. We will recommend this to anyone going to Roma.

Very clean. Beautiful room. Clean bathroom. Close to the Piazza di Spagna. Very friendly and helpful owner. It's true that the place is a bit hidden but after finding it I have been very happy about it. I would always book it again!

We only found it with the help of a taxi driver who had to walk up and down the road several times before locating it. When the proprietor finally answered the buzzer, we were taken to our...

I booked this B&B after reading reviews on Booking.com and Agoda (which were superb) - I was then rather dubious after reading the tripadvisor review 'doesn't exist' however decided to go ahead after calling the owner Paolo and several email correspondence. He was very helpful, giving me recommendation for transfer from the airport too. My friend and I found the...

“If you really must stay here don't choose the room next to the bathroom as you are likely to experience frequent disruptions as the bathroom facilities are heavily utilised during anti-social hours and the walls are paper thin!”
