It was a lovely hotel but the noise from enighbours baffled me. We could even hear what they were saying next door. Surely a five star hotel should have sound proof walls or at least something to not be able to listen to neighbors conversation? Other than that, it was OK.

Location is exactly near Piazza del Popolo. Most of historical places are in walking distance. New boutique hotel, small, nice, different style. there are so many pictures, photos, statues. We spent five nights at The First based on prior reviews in TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed. We had an upgrade to a small suite, which was fully appointed with nothing missing.
