This guest house in in a fantastic location, just around the corner from the Closseum, with some great bars and restaurants within walking distance. As previous reviewers have stated, this is a guest house not a hotel so there is no 24hr reception, but the lovely Ilaria can be contacted quite easily either by phone or email, and she was...

Very close to the Colosseum, but walking distance to main road for metro / buses / trams - but can walk into Central Rome. Good restaurants nearby. Where to start- this place is terrific. Ilaria is super helpful, generous with her time and goes out of her way to assist guests. A perfect location for all the sights in rome only a short walk away. And very reasonable price! If I will ever go to Rome again, this is the place I'll be staying without a doubt!

This accommodation is in perfect location for a sight seeing holiday. It is right near the Colosseum and the metro. Daily maid service means that the room was kept clean and breakfast was replenished for the next morning (although a rather limited selection). We would have awarded 5 stars however, the restricted reception hours meant that we had to make...

Very nice Guest House/Apartment, with continental breakfast & yoghurts (updated daily), coffee machine + kettle, small fridge, all in our ensuite room. Air conditioned, very comfortable, attended every day if asked for (fresh towels etc), with Ilaria & her colleagues being very friendly & really helpful, with advice, hints & tips of the area; in a very quiet area of...

Maison Colosseo was without doubt a GREAT place to stay. We stayed her from 21-5 untill 25-5. The Colosseum is just a few minutes away. There are a lot of restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. Ilaria was a great host. She gave us tips for renting a scooter and we could send her a message whenever we needed her....

This is a guest house consisting of 5 rooms. We stayed in the largest room but my review should apply to most of the rooms. The place was very clean, especially the bathroom, huge shower with a powerful shower head (im fussy with this), TV, fridge, air con and all the amenities you could need. The location is great-down the...

This guest house was in the perfect location - ideal for couples wanting a comfy bed in a clean and well presented environment. The negative reviews here are almost certainly because the visitors had not read the information. It's a guest house not a b&b. Would definitely go back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Rome staying at this fantastic guest house which is in an excellent location. Very close to the Colosseum and not too far to the Piazza Venezia with all the historic sites of Rome within walking distance.
