Very friendly staff although their English isn't the best but so what you are in Rome so learn a little Italian. Rooms are basic but has everything you need and they are cleaned every day. The location is perfect as you are literally two minutes walk from the main travel station for you trains to the airport and metro to...

Simple hotel, breakfast is presented the Italian way (you'll get a coupon to pick up your coffee and loaf across the street). But who want's to spend time/ money in a hotel when you are in Rome? This one is very cheap and nearby the main metro- and railwaystation Termini. The ideal location for a low price!

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
