The positive first. Great location. We walked to most everything. The breakfast is very nice also Negatives. Terrible bed. Hard as a rock. Rolled around when getting in or out. Pillow was hard and flat. Had to request coffee for the room twice. And the third day we stayed, the room wasn’t freshened. It was our least favorite room during our Italian holiday

We stayed here for 3 nights last week. The staff was friendly, and the location was in a good spot for the Colosseum, but that is about it. The room was falling apart and old. It was dirty feeling and needs some major TLC. If it were listed as a 1 or 2-star hotel, it would be fine, but it was considered to be a 4-star, and that is a big stretch. It is way overpriced for what you receive. The furniture was falling apart and had tons of scratches and chips in it. The paint was chipped off of the walls. Light fixtures were barely hanging on and crooked. The shower head and bathroom fixtures were falling apart and rusted as well. We stayed at 3 hotels in Italy during our trip, and this was the worst. I know European hotels are different than American, but this was definitely not a 4-star level hotel. …

Hotel was decent and is a good location near the colosseum. Staff at front desk were fantastic and very helpful. Basic room right at a three, we upgraded our room and it was much nicer and with air. Breakfast was like many, a bit lackluster. I would return though with the upgraded room considering the rate and location.

We are delighted that you appreciated the kindness of our staff and our position, at the same time, we are deeply sorry that you were disappointed with our breakfast, generally it is appreciated from our clients because everybody is able to find something to enjoy every day. All of our sweets are homemade, it is possible to find croissant, cakes, biscuits and tarts… we have a pan cakes dedicated corner, fresh honey and different kind of marmalades. On the salty corner we have a good selection of bread, cold cuts, eggs (scrambled and boiled), aged and fresh cheese, cooked vegetables (different type day by day), bacon and sausages with tomato sauce. We also have many healthy proposal like yogurt, dry and fresh fruit, different fruit juice flavors, gluten free products, Waiters use to coming across the table to ask for the hot drinks. However your comment has been taken into consideration and I have already forwarded your feedback to the restaurant manager. We hope to welcome you again, we will do our best to regain your trust! The room was extremely hot went to the front desk to complain about it, and they said the air conditioning is shut off and we had to open a window opening the window cool down the room but then all the noise he could not sleep ask about your plugs he said you might be able to find some at the pharmacy down the street. could not find any air plugs, so I just wanted up the cotton pads in the restroom and it dimmed the noise. Some The Buffet was OK someone who left a plate of scrambled eggs on the counter and one day employees came by 10 minutes after I seen it laying there I just picked it up and scraped it right back into the warming pan.

The pillows are definitely not the fluffiest we have tried, nor the mattress. But the overall stay was great, the hotel as such good, the location perfect, the price reasonable and the breakfast as AMAZING - don't forget to include it in your booking.

The hotel is in very good position, very close to the coloseum and Venezia piazza But.. The pressure of the water in the shower is poor On the 2nd day we didn't had hot water The air-conditioning is set only to warm temperature Which forced us to open the window but the noise from the pubs was impossible, and at 5 am the noise of the garbage trucks wad intolerant The pillows were very uncomfortable

Lovely hotel, good service and nice room in a very central location next to the colosseum. Worth the slight extra for a balcony as can sit out in the sunshine. Comfortable beds, well kitted out bedrooms and very clean. Highly recommend especially the comfortable beds

Need to hear the guests needs. The breakfast was poor, the hot dishes was cold as ice. Told this to the waitress. The 4 next day was the same. Fresh cut vegetables was no fresh. Cut a few days before Ask for coffee bags for the room. After two hours call again. Never came

We are deeply sorry to learn that your impression was shattered beacuse of our breakfast. We choose our suppliers with accurately and put the best attention to products we offer to our Guests. We know you talked to one of our waitress and reported about cold food, but we also know that you refused to be assisted. We are pleased to receive a constructive reporting by our Guests because allow us to do always better, we are always also pleased to take care of our Guests if they find something that could be improvable but in this case it seems that you did not want our assistance at all. After your claim however we checked our "chafing disches" to find any malfunctions but they were all ok. Thank you for your patronage, we will put a better eye on breakfast in any case. Good location, average four star hotel. Well located right next to the Colosseum and a pleasant walk to Spanish Steps, Treve Fountain and the lovely little streets of Rome with plethora of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Room was fine, but we visited in January and the heating was terrible! Bring layers to sleep in! The hotel is quite outdated and could do with a spruce up but it’s clean enough and the room had enough space and amenities for what it was needed for. Breakfast was average but sufficient. The gym is pretty poor, basically a hotel room converted to a “gym” but for basics it’s fine. You do however have to reserve your slot with reception in advance and you only get one hour. Details not shared on the hotel’s website. Would I stay here again? Probably not. Did I mind staying here though, not at all.…

We're very sorry that you've not been completely satisfied, unfortunately, following the conflict in Ukraine and the difficulty in storing resources, the Mayor of Rome has established that the heating systems can be used for a limited number of hours, including tourist accommodation facilities. We are also sorry to hear that you found the breakfast to be average, generally it is appreciated from our clients because everybody is able to find something to enjoy every day, we have a large selection of sweet and savory foods, fresh juices and hot drinks, we have a pan cakes dedicated corner, fresh honey and different kind of marmalades. We also have many healthy proposal like yogurt, dry and fresh fruit, gluten free products. The gym is free and you need to book, the slots are for an hour but you can use it for more than an hour.
