We stayed at the Hotel Victoria for six nights in October 2013. The staff was helpful and friendly. The accommodations were a little cramped, but otherwise fine. The only exception was the pillows. Small, hard, and only two in the room when we arrived. Ugh....More

I believe the superior room has a balcony but the standard room does not. But send them an email to confirm that. They were very good at communicating via email with me.

I doubt very much they have those facilities available. It would be a pick up and return service at the usual high cost. Maybe have a look on google for a self service laundry, but they are difficult to find in part of... More
