I would love to give this hotel a better rating as it is the second time I have stayed here (first was in 2011). The decor and amenities seem exactly the same as 6 years ago and this is not a good thing! The staff...More

The winning factor of this hotel is the location, most of the major tourist attractions were only a walk away. 10 minutes walk to the Spanish steps, 10/15 minutes walk to St peters square and the trevi fountain and around a 20 minute walk to...More
Stayed in April for 3 nights - quiet place , high standards and best quality value for money hotel in Rome - lovely continental breakfast and coffee - rooms modern and good quality fixture and fittings
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets,
quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.

Yes, There are air conditioners in the room, and they are VERY VERY efficient. I recommend you leave your room window open while you are out of the room touring the city or participating in activities. When you return to your room close the window and turn on the A/C. It will literally only take about 10 minutes to cool your room to a comfortable temperature. Otherwise, we found that it was almost too cool in the room. Enjoy your stay, this hotel is very nice and if you get up early enough the breakfast is very enjoyable. If you miss breakfast there's a very nice cafe right next door that has an excellent buffet for breakfast.
