I enjoyed my stay here and breakfast was delicious! It was in a great location and stuff were attentive. The room was clean and came with most amenities. The hotel was basic but we were out exploring most of the time and was just a place to sleep and shower

Travel groups usually prefer there and there are always carabiniery cars parking. It may be a guest house for italian carabiniery. If you dont travel with the buses of travel groups, ıt would be hard to walk to the metro station. That road became a nightmare for me under the burning sun. But i know that it wont bother anybody...

Well, the staff is helpful & friendly, you get daily cleanup with towels changing and amenities replenished and overall cleanliness is OK, you have a big pool to refresh after a hot day in Rome (but take care as it's open only until 7 p.m.), air conditioning in room was working, but... the hotel itself could use "some love". Apparently...

Not 4 stars, to be honest. Don't expect much. It's clean, rooms are also clean, but it's outdated. WiFi is breaking constantly. Breakfast is good, a lot of stuff. Also a lot for desert, pastries, cakes, compote... Scrambled eggs and wieners dissappear in seconds, so you have to wait for 10 minutes for them to refill if you didn't cach...

Rooms smelly, damp, smell of drain, wifi that hardly works, one plug point in room, decor is old and dated, many non functioning amenities. Restaurant has limited menu and expensive with poor quality food. The staff are friendly enough which earns them a star, otherwise it's possibly the worst hotel I have stayed in.

horrible treatment from the personnel and quite far from a real italian life. more like a hotel resident area and lots of traffic on the closer streets. Lots of ruined rusty cars and garbage near the hotel and in the parking lot. Very depressing views.

The Hotel Princess is two stops away on the Rome metro from The Vatican. It is about a 15 minute walk to the closest metro station, so is probably overlooked by many travellers and other reviewers have complained about the age of the property. The hotel does have a 60's feel and look to it, and the outside is uninspiring....

Location: Far away from the city center. The guy in the reception made it sound like the metro station wasn't that far away but it took 20 minutes to reach. Building and interior: The room was very basic and the walls apparently thin as we could hear a couple next door screaming at each other all night one night. It...

Very good hotel, outside of Rome's historical centre in a quiet place away from the bustle of the city but its 30 minutes far from Rome. There is a bus stop 500 metres away that takes u to the Metro station and then 20 minutes ride to city centre. Big rooms and clean, wifi in our room was ok, big...
