This hotel is great! We have stayed at it during three vacations. The rooms are bigger than most you'll find in most hotels in Europe. Breakfast was plentiful each morning. Every question that we asked, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The location isn't Rome center, but you can easily catch a bus to get to your destination. There is...

This hotel is not far from the vatican and is located in what seems to be an upmarket area of Rome. First impressions are good as reception and pool areas are smart. Check-in was smooth and efficient. However the room was a disappointment because it was small with little workspace whilst the furnishings were old and tired. It had no...

Breakfast very good! Room OK. Clean. Pillow as hard as a rock. No coffee/tea service to relax with in room. Pool looked very nice. Staff appeared to be stuffy and unfriendly. A real communication barrier exists with no one trying to break it down.

The hotel needs to change its transportation recommendation on the website. Don't take the train from the airport to Termini Station and then get a cab. The hotel clerk gave us great advice for how to get back to the train station using public transportation, but getting to the hotel from the airport involved dealing with shady cabbies outside of...

The position is good: in the city. a few kilometers from the main attractions. You can easily walk out and find shops, get a taxi, walk to the metro or reach Saint Peters (less than 3km). Easy to reach by car, large parking partly covered (in the basement, although unguarded). The hotel is on a little hill, there are fine...

We are back from a trip to Rome with a group and stayed here , the pool was closed despite 32 degrees in the afternoon and we would have loved a swim . The room faced the road and the traffic noise was awful, we couldnt leave the window open and even closed it was too loud and woke us...

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days in the middle of August with my husband and 11 year old son. Good hotel, in my opinion correctly rated as a 4 star. The rooms were typically Italian with lots of dark wood and a super king sized bed, we also had an additional bed for our son which was a...

The hotel was excellent.Great big rooms, good location, excellent breakfast. However the stuff was not friendly enough. The reception was far away from the customers. And i saw something i will never forget. In a dinner with spaghetti when we asked for some extra cheese a waitress came over us and pour some in our plates instead of leaving it on our table. And the fact...
