Nice and clean hotel. Bedroom and beddings are well attended everyday. The bathroom was stocked with supplies pretty well. Very friendly people at the front desk Hotel is near Termini and is very strategic moving around. Termini station is just a 7 min walk from the hotel. There are restaurants, pizza places around the area. You can even get souvenirs...

I stayed here with my daughter for one night before heading down to the Amalfi Coast the next morning. I've been coming to Italy for many years and learned a long time ago hotels near the Termini station can be hit or miss. This place is very close and I even got a great rate because of the off-season. I...

My boyfriend and I stayed from 10/04/17 to 14/04/17. The hotel is in a great location as it's outside of the main tourist attractions so a lot cheaper in restaurants and the termini station is straight down the road (you can see it when you walk out of the hotel). We got a 72 hour ticket which enables us to...

My other half booked a surprise visit to Rome for my birthday and he booked this hotel. On arrival we were upgraded to a suit. It was a pleasant spacious upgrade however it meant not staying in the hotel picked for its cute boutique feel. The "annex" is up the street and in essence is a building split between two...

Stayed for 3 nights with my wife. Stayed in room 202 which was clean and tidy although decor was a little dated. Had 3 single beds (2 pushed together) which wasn't ideal. However, all staff were really great. Very friendly and helpful (offering advice about local restaurants, attractions and booking taxis etc). Breakfast was nice. Lots of options. Very close...

Stayed here last week through a last minute deal online as a couple. Upon arrival we were told we would be staying in a room in their annex down the street. We had read reviews on trip advisor before the trip so we knew this would be a possibility. The room in the annex was nice, slightly small but very...

My family and I stayed for 3 nights, on arrival our room was not ready but the receptionist provided us with a map and showed us the route to all the main tourist attractions. Coming back that evening we were told we would be staying in the annex building which was two streets away from the main building. Walking up...

Really enjoyable, beautiful hotel, lovely staff and great breakfast! I haven't ever slept so well away from home it was so quiet. Also extremely close to local station for subway, trains and buses, restaurants close to hotel also really well priced.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
