the room we stayed was facing the cobble stone street and i liked the noise in the morning and my son and sister in-law's rooms were at the back on the same floor and its so quiet. The rooms and the bathrooms were very clean. The service was very good from the front desk to the cleaning ladies and the breakfast...

Right in the historical center the suites have the perfect location. For a family with children the rooms were very convenient and we also enjoyed having our breakfast in the room. The staff was very friendly. The only disadvantage we noted was the absence of cupboards. Apart from that small detail we highly recommend it!

Safety first: located in popular shopping district but calm at night. Felt safe. Fire extinguishers on all floors. But no smoke detectors to be seen. Bed: memory foam is not my favourite. But ok. Room: very charming rooms with individual themes. Missed hooks on the walls. shelf in shower, perhaps a water boiler and more practical stuff. Breakfast: included. Good...

Having previously stayed at the lovely Portrait Suites we were looking for a less expensive option this time around. Piazza di Spagna was a suitable alternative. Apart from being fiddly to access via multiple keys all went well. Loved the colour scheme and focus on design. Front desk staff were helpful and breakfast was good. Hotel is quiet despite being...

Location is excellent for sight seeing ,our room overlooked the Spanish Steps which had just had work done on them and looked amazing, tip ,don't eat or drink on the steps people were getting onto trouble for eating ice creams. The rooms are unusual but I loved them ,very clean .The staff are welcoming and friendly ,we arranged a private transfer to...

Stayed in this lovely boutique during my last visit to Rome, excellent location, and overlooking the Spanish Steps. The staff are lovely and very helpful, Claudi, Vivian are the best and were accommodating all the times. Highly recommended to stay in if you are visiting Rome.

My family and I stayed in the two bedroom apartment on offer and we was very impressed! The location is brilliant, the apartment was within walking distance of most tourist sites so getting around was very easy. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with all of our queries. Anything we needed was never too much hassle and their...

We stayed in a 2 bed suite in August while my husband was attending the European cardiology congress. My feeling is mixed as there are some good points and not so good bits about this hotel. One cannot fault the location (right on Piazza de Spagna opposite the tube station) or the staff (all extremely friendly and helpful). However the...

The location is perfect for tourist who wants to sightsee! It's walking distance to most of the biggest tourist attractions. There are cleaning services daily and the living environment is much better than a hotel. Overall the experience was great and the staff there were very friendly and helpful as well! I will definitely return when i visit Florence again.

Laura was a wonderful host and tried to make our stay as easy as possible - responding to my emails, arranging taxis. The only issue I had was that I should have clarified whether the unit I was renting had a washing machine. I believe 1 of the 2 units has a washing machine.
