Stayed in this lovely boutique during my last visit to Rome, excellent location, and overlooking the Spanish Steps. The staff are lovely and very helpful, Claudi, Vivian are the best and were accommodating all the times. Highly recommended to stay in if you are visiting Rome.

My family and I stayed in the two bedroom apartment on offer and we was very impressed! The location is brilliant, the apartment was within walking distance of most tourist sites so getting around was very easy. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with all of our queries. Anything we needed was never too much hassle and their...

We stayed in a 2 bed suite in August while my husband was attending the European cardiology congress. My feeling is mixed as there are some good points and not so good bits about this hotel. One cannot fault the location (right on Piazza de Spagna opposite the tube station) or the staff (all extremely friendly and helpful). However the...

The location is perfect for tourist who wants to sightsee! It's walking distance to most of the biggest tourist attractions. There are cleaning services daily and the living environment is much better than a hotel. Overall the experience was great and the staff there were very friendly and helpful as well! I will definitely return when i visit Florence again.

Laura was a wonderful host and tried to make our stay as easy as possible - responding to my emails, arranging taxis. The only issue I had was that I should have clarified whether the unit I was renting had a washing machine. I believe 1 of the 2 units has a washing machine.

2 adults and 2 teenage kids. Had two small rooms and one bathroom. Reasonably clean. But no windows that opened. Over the 4 days we spent, we saw probably two other guests, which is odd since this was high season. Perhaps as a result, the breakfast service was poor - croissont, cheese and ham from the Carrefour Express close by,...

Yes, Piazza di Spagna Suites has direct access to the famous "Spanish Steps". I did stay for two nights only. Room and bathroom were clean and well decorated. Please be aware that even if your booking says "double room" please read it as "comfy single room". I didn't really care since I was on business trip, what only mattered was...

We stayed in these apartments for one night after a business trip in Tuscany. The apartment had two connecting bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms and showers. It was decorated in a modern way but still had charm. The views over the rooftops were beautiful. Perfect location, just across from the Spanish Steps and in close proximity to some gorgeous...

I booked the apartment located couple of roads below piazza di spanga, 5 minute walk from Fontana di Trevi within the heart of historic Rome. It was on the 2nd floor (without elevator), big enough to accommodate a family of 4, with 2 bathroom and a kitchen. The design was fabulous fully harmonized with the type of the building. The...
