Only 5min stroll from Roma Termini station, and 5min to Metro station. We walked 20mins to Colloseum. Good eating/winebar options in Roma Termini mercato centrale. rooms are good, quite large by Rome standards; air cond is efficient although the common dining/breakfast area, with share fridge, has no air cond. Nice beds and good free WiFi. Outside building in street looks worn and scrappy but is safe, with lots of Indian trader shops. Behind the streetfront security doors is a large communal leafy courtyard, and a cosy service elevator takes you to the hotel on Level 5.It is surprisingly quiet location given proximity to train station. Staff are very friendly and informative but largely absent for most of the day, not an issue. A block or two in either direction puts you in more salubrious main streets with oodles of restaurants and gelateria... but found best eating and bodegas were in the newly opened and popular Mercato Centrale at station (try the fried artichoke and trapizzino)

B&B Biancagiulia was a great value and a pleasant lodging for our four days in Roma. Although the neighborhood near Termini is not terrific and the building, as many in Rome, was showing signs of age, the entry courtyard was a lovely oasis and our room was clean and comfortable. Our host, Pietro, met us at the door and insisted on serving us delicious Italian coffee while he meticulously explained the set-up of the B&B and gave extensive advice on where to go and what to see in our short time there. In addition, he gave excellent tips on where to eat in the area. Breakfast each morning was ample and delicious with lots of options from hard boiled eggs to fresh fruit and yogurt with several types of pastries, cakes and rolls. Pietro showed us how to make our own delicious espresso/cappuccinos and invited us to have them whenever we wished, as the kitchen was always open. Disappointed that the weather did not permit us to have breakfast on the lovely little courtyard terrace adjoining the kitchen-next time. Thank you, Pietro, for your warm hospitality!

We chose to stay at Biancagiulia B&B after seeing good reviews. The room was even over my expectations! Room was confortable, quite spacious for a big Europe city, had all conviniences and room ''Duchesse'' has a charming balcony overlooking the inside courtyard. The hotel is very well located to get public transport as you're just 5min away (walking distance) from the train station termini. It is very usefull when you arrive from the airport with your luggage ! The building is also very quiet to get a good night of sleep. Staff is very welcoming and helpfull. The breakfast is impressive for a continental breakfast and you'll eat enough to get to the afternoon and staying fulfilled. This is not a luxury hotel, but you'll definitely get much more than what you paid for. I would recommend this B&B without hesitation.

We stayed for one night only, arriving at 8 pm and leaving at 3:30 am for the airport. Never even saw the hotel in daylight and cannot comment on the facility or breakfast. The room was small but comfortable and clean. The location (very close to Termini) was perfect for our needs. The reason for the Excellent rating is the service we received from the hotel (Pietro) in helping us get to the airport on time. He went above-and-beyond to arrange transportation and ease my fears about possibly missing our flight. Thanks Pietro.
