Very basic and typical of the area. Rooms were loud and there was lots of street noise. Like hundreds of other hotels in the area it is close to restaurants and Roma Termini station. Breakfast was average and in a rather stuffy basement. All in all it was ok but nothing special.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed here for 4 nights in July, we loved the hotel, its very near to the main station and also the U-Bahn. The breakfast was superb, and the staffs were very friendly. We will definitly recommend this hotel to everybody and if we come to Rome again, we will definitely stay here again. Reception, Breakfast and Room Service Staffs are very polite and friendly. The hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance from termini. But u need to come out of the entrance where the bus stand is in termini to get straight to this hotel. Don't use the other exit in termini. Very clean rooms,size just ok. Good beds.u gave kettle, mini bar in the rooms breakfast is just ok..not much choice.best part is the location, u get too many food options just outside the hotel and very easy for any public transport since hotel is in the centre of termini. WiFi was excellent. The only part we didn't like was the bath tub was in the room itself with glass door and small curtain to close .one has to be very careful that room doesn't get wet with water.. added to that the wash basin is also in the bedroom not in the toilet.. we have never seen like this before. If the bath tub and wash basin had been in the bathroom only it would have been excellent..ac we didn't use, since it was very cool in the night..Good place if u have to travel around rome and take train also. Staff are nice and good They have luggage storage facilities. …

A short walk from Termini railway station brings you to the hotel. There are a number of bars and restaurants located more or less outside the hotel. Couldn't be more convenient. Our room was very nice with a comfy bed and crisp white bedding. The bathroom had one of the best showers Ever!! Importantly everywhere was very clean. Breakfast was continental with everything you would expect. The staff were very friendly. So all in all no complaints only compliments. Would highly recommend! 👍 Arrivederci Roma. See you again!

Amazing location - right near the centre of things - walking distance to everything, which was why we chose it - we only have a couple days in Rome so wanted to minimise our travel times. We booked through Agoda and breakfast wasnt an option for us sadly as we had to exfil very early for our flight home. The room we had was basic, large kingsize bed with a small single for the teen. It was fairly clean and quiet. A bit dated but serviceable. Mini bar kept us refreshed. they let us store our luggage for an extended period on our day of arrival so for that i will bump up this review to 4 star...although it is a solid 3 star no frills hotel, it's a good place to crash while seeing Rome.

Staff friendly and in a great location. breakfast was nice the room, while fairly basic, but was more then adequate. Clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable bed the hotel located in one of the best areas , close to the central train and bus station So many restaurants and small shops with everything you need are located closely ot face any problems.

9 of us stayed here for 4 nights Location is perfect, everywhere is accessible Rooms are spotless. Staff are really good and very helpful Breakfast wasn’t the best as they run out of items and juices often and took a while to replenish but apart from that the quality of the food was really good Would definitely stay again if/when we return to Rome

Absolutely perfect from start to finish staff are so helpful great value for money location is perfect rooms are spotless first day we arrived the man on reception was extremely helpful went above and beyond to help we stayed in room 503 thanks so much for the service would highly recommend and would definitely book again if ever we return.

It is ideally situated for Roma train station which we got from airport. Less than 5minutes walk to hotel. Room wasn’t ready ,but was able to leave luggage safely and come back. Reception staff very helpful and pleasant. On first impression the room seemed odd as sink in room and toilet and shower in room separated by glass doors.,but I believe there are different room arrangements I’ll try next time.Very very basic but very clean ,beds made each day and new towels. Breakfast ,typical with lots of different pastries,coffee ,juices etc. More than ample for price. Perfectly situated for shops,restaurants ,little cafés and bus tour offices. Amazing food market/hall right beside train station with so many different choices of Italian cuisine.
